Hinckley Twp. residents search for answers to leaning tree trunk hazard

Have an attorney contact ODOT and simply explain that when it falls and smashes someone, they will undoubtedly be sued. Surely theyd have a legitimate case and the state will have to pay someone or someone's family out and we all lose. Seems like a couple phone calls on ODOT could save someones family from tragedy. Kind of why we pay taxes right?

It's a public safety hazard. Get a crane and remove it. Who cares who the owner is, get it done!!!! Not doing so is stupid and all authorities should be removed from office for lack of providing safety to its residents.
