This is from the heavy Christmas concert that has been every christmas in Finland for...I can't remember, 20 years or more, today a very big event. Whats makes this song even more special and all credits to Floor you can actually hear and understand her singing in finnish, that is impressive.
Now she's the Queen of Metal, but in the late 1980ies It was Doro Pesch / Warlock. And dont forget Sabrina Claasen / HolyMoses. Okay, they made Heavy / Trash Metal. I love Nightwish too, my first Album of them was Oceanborn and for me its the best Album. 🙂
@@marcbaur677 I have heard Doro.Yes she is very good. I have never heard Sabrina Classen. I have only been listening to metal for about 4 years. And that started with Nightwish. Back in the 70's & 80's I listened to Black Sabath a little, Led Zepplin, a little Iron Maiden.
Floor should invite the now 15 year world famous old super soprano Amira Willighagen to sing this song together. Will be STUNNING and OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING
Dark Sarah - A Grim Christmas Story. A very Tim Burtonish (or should I say Danny Elfmanish) Christmas song. Extra reason to react to that is that guitar player in Dark Sarah is Erkka Korhonen, the solo guitarist who started the whole Heavy Christmas project, and who you can see in this video you are reacting (guitarist with short sleeves, not the one in sleeveless shirt).
@@EclectricDreams Light In You (featuring Tony Kakko from Sonata Arctica) fits Christmas very well too. Sky Sailing is quite recent (pirate opera), Dance With the Dragon, and Trespasser have high quality videos too. My personal favorite is still Evil Roots, though, as it is musically on heavier side.
Ah Floor Jansen. I don 't think anybody can dislike this. As fun project you should take a look at Within Temptation hilarious "Gothic x-mas" song. It's very short, just over 2 minutes song. It's them just having fun. But you will never look at Santa or Rudolf the same way again without a smile on your face. Leave it up to them to come up with something like this.😂😂😂 ruclips.net/video/uPGf12quies/видео.html
@@EclectricDreams Cool that you took a look at it and liked it. :-) One of funniest things i ever read as a comment on this song was from an American where all children of a primary school were asked to learn a Christmas song as homework and perform it in class. So he tought his child this song. :)
Thanks for the suggestions, but I have recorded my last couple now, still to be uploaded. But I will check them out and/or look at them next year, thanks

Actually I think that Heavy Christmas project has been around from 2014, so "only" 14 years.
@@karirytkonen5811 oh..ok..only 14 years...thought longer...but 14 is quite many years
I meant 2004, but 14 years, yeah its quite some time.
First time I've heard that more recent version. I'm more used to the one from 2016 where she is heavily pregnant. Thats a very joyous version.
Oi Jouluyö is Finnish for "O Holy Night" and she does such a fantastic job at it. Thanks for the reaction!
Maybe you should check out Floor singing Ave Maria with Marco Hietala.
Yes that is a good one too!!
Its on my lists
Floor is the Queen of metal............ Her voice is amazing. It is so powerful.
The best!

@@TheZachh Yes!!!!!
Yes she is :). And she's singing quite well in finnish also :). You defenetly can understand lyrics, don't you :D.
The fact that you, as a native English speaking person are pronouncing Floors last name correct is rare and very impressive
It offsets the fact I get Tarja's pronunciation wrong now and again lol
