Can't praise this performance enough.
The fact that she was pregnant, she sang in Finnish and her pronounciation is so on point is insane.
It is amazing considering Freja was almost ready to come out and join the rest of the world. Bet she had the best seat in the house
This was fantastic! I love Raskasta Jouluo. Finland is so awesome that even their Christmas music is metal! They even have a kids band that's metal...such a METAL country! The people I've met online from Finland have been super cool too, right Tarmo? So many great bands from there as well. Cheers!

Even 6/7 months pregnant and she still commands the stage with her presence!!! Floor being Floor had to get that crowd stirring at the end!! I am glad you admitted it was Floor giving you the effect as the song is great but with Floor doing it is awesome!! Her and Marco doing Ava Maria from the same concert was likewise amazing. Nice reaction Olly and please have a wonderful holiday as they come and go so quickly we often don't take the time to enjoy them.

Lovely! I’m glad you liked it. I like christmas songs and I love metal, so a blend of the two is great. And when sung by Floor... what more can I say. Awesome. And you just love anything from Floor, just like me, lol 🤣. They are touring with this show right now as we speak, it’s their 15th anniversary. And guess what? I’m going to see them live, next weekend! Can’t wait!

Had the priviledge to listen this live on thursday in Raskasta Joulua show in Oulu. Fullbody shivers, continuous floorgasms and crying att the end because it was soooo good and moving. Here are the translated lyrics from the wonderful world of internet, they are quite nicely done.

X-mas songs? Check out Jarkko Ahola. Well known heavy singer here in Finland. "Sylvian joululaulu" - "Sylvia's song" is one of most loved Christmas song here in Finland and Jarkko had made heavy (english) version of it. Good one! "Raskasta joulua" - heavy Christmas.

She sings in Finnish 🇫🇮 You know, being pregnant is in Finnish "olla Raskaana". So Raskasta Joulua (which tours every year in 🇫🇮 ) is like Greetings from her to all I'm pregnant 🤗 Dunno if I explained that clear enough 🤣but I tried 👍 All the best 🤗
Yeah, olla raskaana carries double meaning: we Finns literally say the lady 'is (as) heavy' - in her heavy mode :)(Raskas=heavy). So now Floor really had a Heavy Christmas - Raskas joulu :)
In Raskasta Joulua there are some endings, which are closest put like 'Of Heavy Christmas', basically like 'Wishing of the Heavy Christmas'.

If you want to follow what Floor is singing, here are the lyrics.
Finnish spelling is systematic, so once you catch how certain letters are said, they are said the same no matter in which word, or part of the word, they appear (except ng withough the audible g, so like siNG).
And what's written double is said long, stress is in the start of the word, long words get secondary etc. stress.
Lyrics: Oi Jouluyö (joulu + yö - Christmas + night, Nightwish = Yöhaave, Yötoive).
I'll put an English translation (mine) as well, so you can compare how this differs from the actual lyrics used in the English Oh Holy Night. Actually the lyrics could be in the King James language, to correspond this Finnish, which is very old, at least 19th century - but understandable also to the modern Finn.
