REMYELINATION requires it!

  • Fasting has been shown to lower mTOR activity and provides a powerful explanation for its effects on promoting remyelination. When an individual fasts, nutrient deprivation leads to a reduction in mTOR signaling.
The reduction in mTOR activity creates a favorable environment for oligodendrocyte precursor cell differentiation and myelin repair to occur.

Have you looked into Dr Chanu Dasari's "Mind Gut Immunity" clinic? He claims to be able to reverse MS, as well as other autoimmune conditions. He's an actual practicing Doctor, too, working in Nevada, so it's remarkable that he is standing up and saying something so different from mainstream neurologists, who just immediately want to prescribe pills and pokes.

Dude. You have improved SO MUCH since your first videos it's crazy! CONGRATULATIONS. 👏🏼👏🏼 I don't have MS - got immune troubles that create some MS symptoms, tho, and can only eat meat, animal fats, and SOME veggies, nothing else and am a med student, so I research these things. I'm especially interested in WHY/HOW MS/autoimmunity starts. There are so many overlapping theories... 🤔 I feel we should take it to the point that we can understand it so clearly that we could create those conditions on someone (not the target, obviously, but a litmus test) and also *reverse it.* What's your best take on it? Keep up your great work. Ps: you do methylene blue, earthing, cocoa, MMS, autohemotherapy, hydrogen therapy, microcurrents (ie. tDCS), LLLT helmet? [Sorry for the laundry list.]

Hello, I have read numerous studies on the benefits of fasting for remylenation and ms but whenever I try to fast my symptoms just get worse. The most I can do is 11 hours (8 hours of that is sleep) and then my symptoms get so bad I can barely walk. But when I eat I am almost symptom free and after that I need to eat every 2-3 hours to remain symptom free. If I do not eat for let’s say 4 hours my symptoms return again. Has this been your experience as well, do you maybe know why this is happening and do you have any suggestions as to how I could start fasting but still be able to function and work during the day? Thank you so much.

Good day Steve. It is very nice to see you again. You wasn't there for a long time. About OMAD it was difficult for me and I had meals twice a day, but then suddenly a stomach ulcer opened and i had internal bleeding :( Now i am on medications and with a lot of pain And unfortunately cannot even continue intermittent fasting. Do you ever had Any stomach issues during OMAD ? Thank you .✊🏻
