Hey Steve! Ohhh mana of the gods, coconut butter ❤ the first jar i got i think i ate 1/3 of it haha. Coconut is a great dairy replacement, its been so hot here i wanted something frozen to eat at night to cool off so i got cans of coconut milk and put them in my freezer, oh gosh that was refreshing to eat, and good for me with all the sat fat it has. 😊 I loved how silly you were in this video! I laughed and rewatched the silly parts when you were in the kitchen getting caught eating the coconut butter 😂😂😂 More silliness please! I noticed people in the comments talking about the music being too loud, i sm sorry to say this Steve, but i have to agree with them. I would much rather hear your voice alone telling me about things that would make my life better. I liken it to going to a friends home and them telling me something very important while they have their tv on very loudy and my brain getting scrambled trying to decipher the background sound and my lovely wise friends voice. Could you please lower the music volume? Your voice is much more important to us. ❤ P.S. more silliness 😂
No such thing as "Good" or "Bad" cholesterol. Cholesterol is cholesterol. LDL is important because it brings cholesterol to where your body needs so that it can do it's magic of repairing body tissues. When it is too high in comparison to your HDL it means you have more inflammation and damage than your body is capable of dealing with. It is the inflammation that is causing the damage not the LDL.

This goes totally against professor George Jelinek advice of a low saturated fat diet of under 16g saturated fat per day. His studies followed over 7000 people with best results of those following the low saturated fat diet.

No that is wrong. Inflammation is not the cause of LDL. Diet is. And LDL is not bad. Small dense lipoproteins are bad sdLDL. Not the same thing.

MCT oil is similar. Not the same. Probably doesn’t have the great taste
