This type of exercise should be done by all nationalities men and women of all religions race regions especially people from middle east also do these types of yoga in abroad and that too by the middle east people of their nationalities.
It would be cool if you did yoga routine videos. I'm sad that I don't know if I can trust youtubers to give me yoga instructions. But you sure know your stuff so I'd trust you when it comes to yoga👍

Also he pretty much lives in the place where Yoga was created so he's got more places where yoga can be learned close to him and I'll know that it's actual yoga and not some fraud. Also being a martial artist or a fighter doesn't mean he knows nothing about other topics, that's like saying a doctor can't teach you basic math. In fact, as far as I know yoga and Kalaripayatu(the ancient fighting style of India) which he seems to know well about, seem to have some connections as those who practice Kalari will go through similar stretching routines( if I remember right) So I'd trust a Kalari practicioner with some yoga advice.
Never take yoga instructions from a book or from another practitioner. You should take instructions from a guru or a proper teacher. The thing is not about trust. It is about whether it works or not and what effects it has on you

I have grade 1 injury in ligament and grade 2 injury in meniscus. Bcoz of injury I cannot stand and do yoga. Doctor told me to stregthen all muscles of legs and injuries will heal automatically. Please tell me what yoga should I follow to strengthen all hamstring and other muscles of legs (& knee as well)
