    DISCLAIMER 🧠
I made all these videos while I was in the ashram, with the intention of making people aware of what Isha has to offer and how one can benefit from the spiritual programs.
I wish no one lose their spark & individuality by investing their whole life after an entity and regret later. 🙏🏼

do lets assume after whole lot of seeking you found what you were seeking now you will definately believe in that and thier would definately be other seekers who came at a point where they found what they were seeking therefore at that point of time there could be a few if not huge "Group of believers" and if they share there path to the seekers just imagine how easy it would be to seek what you are seeking. So my dear friend believers are always at a higher position than seekers. Happy SeeKING🧐🧐🙏

For me, "believers" stop seeking because they sense that they have "found the truth." While seekers remain open for as long as they live to learning and evolving spiritually.

I was able to do this free about 4-5 years ago as a student and it changed my life. It gave me a new chance at life as I was suffering from a terrible illness that no doctors even understood. I was able to mitigate the symptoms and live a normal life like others and beyond. I had certain experiences that made me question everything I thought I knew about life and I never considered myself spiritual or religious. It really is worth it but I also did not expect miracles or anything. I didn’t expect much to be frank but it helped me as I didn’t really have any more options left. I’m here at 32 and I didn’t expect to live to be 30. I have no regrets 🙏🏽

As you said I started to justify myself, IE, spirituality, Isha and moreover Sadhguru. But gradually came to understand that there is no use of it. Specially after shoonya everything seems ok rather good.... because now I understand that spirituality is not for everyone.....so let's concentrate on being happy happy 🥰😀.....I can relate myself with each and every word of this video 😊😊

When I started talking about meditation, inner peace , helping society, helping others …they thought I am crazy and left me because I was not cursing anyone, not saying bad things, and always smiling 🙂. Well … all I can say to them now is ‘Best of luck 🙏🏻’ 😀.

This is so relatable Shato!! I also had one of my friends who was going through a bad phase & I was so impatient & naive to pass on this course to her, saying that all her problems shall be solved after this program, without even realizing the intention she had behind doing this, her intention wasn't to change herself, it was to change someone else, and she didn't even bother to complete the 7 day online sessions. Since then I've sworn by never to suggest this to anyone. People must do this by themselves & not by somebody's suggestion. Unless they realize that it's them who need to change, this program won't be transforming for them. Also I realized it later that it's important to just let the transformation happen in ourselves first, without any expectations, then the practice works wonderfully within. And you spoke my words, when we have the universe's back, we don't need to care what anyone thinks or talks about us. It's mostly we who come in our own way & that's what we have to prevent always by staying in touch with the truth❤

You’re absolutely right, Anjali and Shri. Oftentimes it takes such a severe shock like a near death experience and temporarily leaving the body to accelerate the will to desire true growth and improvement within. Such was the case with myself. Until then, until one stops seeing the within and the without as separate they will continue with the addiction to ego and self inflicted pain unfortunately. Have had similar experiences with just trying to introduce basic breath meditation practices to my friends and loved ones and not even IE. Until a being truly wants it and realizes they do there is no help for them in IE or any other such guidance.

  • @lukast448

Shato its exactly what you mention:
    - Keep on doing the practice without any expactation. I´ve been doin the practice for 9 ears and now today after all these years I am amazed and speachless what it is and what it does. Its a complete package to liberation.
How much time does it take to get enlightened / liberated? Actually even the smalest step is an improvement but the problem with that is that we dont have limitless amount of time in one lifespan. And during one liftime people tend to add more entaglement than untanglement so the effect is often in reverse.
In reality it should not take time. But it takes time because you do not give in all at once; you give in by installments. So whether you want to go by small installments and take 100 lifetimes, or you want to do it today is your choice. How long it takes simply depends on how intense is your longing to know.
    - For those who don´t resonate with it... they´ll taka another road that´s simple as that. But will it bee as efficient as Shambhavi Mahamudra - probably not from a general mass perspective. There might be one in hundreds of millions who get there by accident... but are there realy accidents ;-)

Love your videos and specially this one. It comes straight from your heart and touches mine 🥰 it’s true that the spiritual journey is a lone journey. People donot relate or understand us. But the Isha community feels like family and always supporting each other. Yes we have Sadhguru’s blessings and whenever we need any support just reach out to another Isha meditator. Will love to meet you sometime Shato ❤️☺️

Loved watching your video Shato..:) I was quite reluctant to watch your video as I presumed it was another anti Sadhguru video !! 😂 But after watching after a few minutes I realised it was not..I am from Singapore and did Inner engineering in 2020 and my life has drastically changed ever since..I stopped socialising despite being an extrovert and being a party animal, started sleeping early, would get up at 4am to do my sadhana ( Shambhavi Mahamudra) and I've been practicing it nonstop since last 1 and a half years..So there have been many positive changes that I've experienced since practicing Shambhavi Mahamudra daily.I used to be scared of crossing the road even when the car was at a good distance from where I was but now I can cross it without any fear..I've stopped overthinking! I used to overthink all the time living in the past but all that has stopped now..I can now sleep withing 5-10 mins of lying on the bed..Earlier I would take atleast an hour and sometimes even more ..I used to talk nonstop and now I'm conscious to not to waste my energy talking nonstop and to talk only when necessary even with family members..Any issues I have in life I deal woth them all myself , I don't consult anyone anymore and have been able to resolve most if them myself!! And in the next 5 days I'll be in Kathmandu, exploring Kailash Man's with Sadhguru and his team !! So excited to meet him finally!! So grateful ti him to have taught me and millions others to live life beautifully..🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️

There is a saying "you can take a cow to water but you can't make her drink" . It is like that with people too, they need to be ready for spiritual development. Sometimes people take a lot of bashing from the world before they are mature enough to understand what they really need.
You are very fortunate to find this path at a young age.

I am much older to you. However you are very eloquent about Isha and Sadhguru including how it is being perceived by you and others. I have forwarded this to a younger beginner who I am guiding as well. This video will be very useful for someone who has a second thought about it. You are absolutely correct in saying that a person must decide to be in it. I tried with my kids but they think they are better people already. That is fine and I know that time has not come for them to understand about the truth of inclusiveness ❤️🙏🏻

I have always been a seeker with an open mind and Sadhguru's self absorb personality does not bother me. My friends are too judgemental and cannot get passed his personality to tap into the wisdom behind it. The lips of the wise is sealed but to the ears of understanding.
I'm very grateful for his teaching and guidance. Thank you!

Goodness, you're adorable! I so appreciate this message. As someone who's been seeking paths of healing and self-improvement for years and experienced wonderful benefits from Hatha Yoga and other modalities, I've learned that you cannot push anyone into anything. People come to things if and when they're ready. They might see that you've changed and grown as a person and want to try out what's working for you, and maybe it will work for them. But the truth is, the yogic path - or zen, or whatever - takes a commitment that doesn't resonate with people unless THEY are ready and want it.
Even if you convince someone to do Inner Engineering or pay for their course, it's still a good deal of time invested over the 7 days and especially the marathon weekend. Better to do our own thing and hope it encourages others to pursue the path that works best for them.
I've been practicing Shambhavi for several weeks and I totally get it. The change in my mental and energetic state is a beautiful thing!

    Thank you shatto.
This vedio is helpful for all those who are good by heart and are always ready to pour all there energy to save others.
It's really important to learn that you cannot save everyone from their pain. Unless and until they want help.
We blindly follow the path of helping, saving the people's from their pain, suffering.
It's like feeding a person who is not hungry and doesn't want to eat. Forcefully feeding them is not good for them. Even the food is wasted.
So unless and until someone is ready to take something, asking for help. Don't pressurize them.
And stop pressuring youself to make this word peaceful and good.
Actually all this words I m teaching myself. Because teaching is easy. But following them is tough.
Making heart soo strong that even if someone is suffering and not forcing them to do good for themselves.
It's like i know the medicine. But i cannot tell the patient to take that Or maybe after telling 1 time I cannot remind them again n again to take that medicine.
It's tough to be having good heart.
Because this hope never dies that maybe I could help them. Maybe after telling again n again they will listen. Maybe they will stop suffering. Maybe they can feel the peace i have.
    This maybe never stops.
Don't know how to stop this hope

Shato thank you for this video. I am a month younger than Sadhguru, you are never too old to open your eyes to the universe. Inner engineering and Sadhguru have open my eyes to the universe around us and inside of us. when I was young I was like so many people around me and lived a negative life. I spend many years searching for God, only to discover that God lives in me and is never apart from me. this gives me a comfort that can't be explained, I live a blissful life now . I have discovered that a billion people believe like I do. I will be 65 in 30 days, do I want to go to heaven, no I want to get to know the love of my soul Hare Krishna Hare Rama. If our supreme Lord is never ending and has no bounds then the paths that lead to our lord have no bounds either. Everyday is such a blessing and joy, it does not matter where I am . Thank you Sadhguru Thank you Isha

I have seen few videos of yours and just love the way you convey your message. Pure and Childlike. I did my Inner Engineering offline and it is best gift i gave to myself in 2023 . I learned few years back that speaking about meditation and spiritual self improvement practices to people around makes them cringe and i stopped discussing not for them but for the respect of the Sadhana and prefer to discuss with people who shows interest but not in detail as they might experience and explore a different dimension to what i feel.
But truly, you are doing a great job for people who are seeking to know more before stepping in and also for like-minded people who likes to enjoy listening you. God Bless you.

Yeah, your experience in the spiritual path seems almost the same as mine. In fact, many from the new generation would agree to having had such experiences, is my humble opinion. The rush of a new feeling in one's spirit drives the person to share it with others. Something that connects us with one another and ultimately with the divine, seems to have great following. But once the mission is accomplished, it seems to us that we are one among all, which was probably pretty much the craving inside us. So, we mellow down and that certainly is a sign of maturity. This has been my personal experience too. The masters are all very well aware of such happenings, hence whether we are vocal about our experiences or not, they are absolutely cool. All they make sure is that we don't get crossed with ourselves. With such people around, who have sacrificed their lives for our sake, we shall certainly reap the maximum benefits possible.
A vlog that many would relate to. Thanks again.

What you have said is true Shato! Its an experience which you can’t explain or force someone to do it. When I started I didn’t even know I was doing it right/properly. But when I look back, I am a better version of myself. And you can only explain it to people who are open minded to see something from a different perspective, and those people find it themselves usually.

  • @nicksonkoh

Haha... so relatable. Even among us who practice IE are at different levels of experience. That is why Sadhguru job is so challenging. Making each of us remove our investment in our identities and getting us conscious of the life that is really happening is like moving a mountain. It feels the same with Saving Soil, people nod in agreement of what I say but that is about it and then the slightly more enthusiastic ones say what can I do? And after that it is mostly silence and inaction where their norm daily activities will still take precedence and resume as usual.

Shato, every word of yours in this video resonated with me.. I do not want to put words into it as trying to describe a feeling in words often takes away the essence of it, but when you said that thing about being alone on the spiritual path with Sadhguru having shown the path and the Universe having my back, it was like someone actually projected my feelings in words. I often watch your videos but this is perhaps the first time it has touched me at a deeper level, felt like having something being told which is at the same wavelength as my inner space. It’s been 3 years for me as well since I started doing Shambhavi and just doing the Sadhana without having any expectations is like being on a journey of it’s own; on a daily basis if someone wants to evaluate the practice then it doesn’t seem of much consequence but having done it for 3 years (and still continuing) without missing a single day, has perhaps gradually transformed me as a person, I am definitely not what I was prior to starting Shambhavi, I have definitely matured more as and as I kept up with my practices, just like you said I don’t feel the need to explain anything to anyone but just let things and people be, they are all on their individual paths and I can’t coax them into doing something before (if at all) they are ready for it and if someone wishes to know something about Sadhguru then I am glad to tell them (unlike earlier when I would rather force people into watching Sadhguru‘s videos and coaxing them to do Inner Engineering, also would gladly pick up an argument if someone spoke negative about him or the Isha practices).
In a nutshell if someone asks me about Inner Engineering, I tell them that for me my life can be divided into two parts: One part- before Inner Engineering and the other- After Inner Engineering. It’s as if I was living in a different world prior to it and now it’s a different world altogether in which I am living and this world seems more real than the previous one. Still, I know I have a lot to grow and outgrow spiritually but now atleast I am aware of it, prior to doing Inner Engineering I wasn’t even aware of all this that was going on inside me, I was on AutoPilot, now I know that I have the control in my hands.
    Namaskaram 🙏

The problem is he is funded, and works for NGOs, NGOs which are subsidiaries of the WEF and other global technocratic institutions. I still promoted him to many, many people who were at the beginning of their spiritual path.
I promoted him as a good teacher to show you some of the basic tenants which will build the foundation of your spiritual process.
I still think this to be the case. At the same time, he works for the most anti spirit anti human institutions on earth. Every city he goes to when he tours, he always visits the Freemason temple which we have in every western city. This was red flag 1, when I saw him embrace Clause Schwab that was it for me...
I understand, more than most, how sometimes to have an impact you have to work with these powerful earthly forces... but to embrace the man leading a campaign of human enslavement and turning the earth into an open air prison; thats a step too far for me.
    Good video

And Inner Engineering is a great read, I enjoyed it a lot and will reread, maybe add 1 or 2 sadhanas. Thank you for your insight, the anti-sadhguru videos made me feel concerned about Isha Foundation. It is weird that when I did only "yoga" (asanas), my environment was rather neutral, but as soon as I say that there are spiritual aspects, everyone thinks I'll soon join a weird sect ;-)

I think it's real and I am extremely interested in learning it, but I wouldn't want to continuously practice. Engineering only takes place at the beginning of a project, along with construction and if you're constantly reengineering yourself, maybe you could try taking a break. As someone who has come to believe in Jesus, I understand the general lack of support, even from within my own church.
