    I know you've done torque converter comparisons before. I would love to see the comp on this bike. However, I really like the simplicity of the straight chain, and it seemed like it has enough power to drive around in normal traffic. In my town, we are allowed to ride on all the streets (except main street) with our minibikes and ATVs. If we get a safety inspection pass, then we can go on main street also. I want to get this same bike new, make it like yours, and put blinkers, mirrors, front brake, and street tires, so I can cruise town and go anywhere I like. I love this channel! It's like minibike school and so fun. Ride that beast!

    I've watched a few vids, he builds the engines but sticks with a centrifugal clutch. A TC does a lot to boost the acceleration without losing top end. Even a stock 212 with a TC is better imo then a mild mod 212 with a centrifugal clutch. I suppose one could argue that a centrifugal clutch is fine for the street. Offroad, you definitely want a TC.

      Depends on what your doing with the bike IMO. If you are a light weight rider and only want speed it's ok but you should use a bigger sprocket to be easier on the clutch. If you are using the bike for trailing or hills or are heavier I would use the TAV for sure.

    Does the GX160 head make a difference then having a stock predator head?

    • @Black66
      @Black66  Год назад +1

      Ya, the GX160 14cc chamber bumps the compression. It makes it snappier for sure. If you are going to start modifying the engine the 212 head might flow better unless you port the 160 head. Here is an old video I did when I added the head. ruclips.net/video/Xh0om5moxB0/видео.html
