@@fullmindstorm You didn't get my question, I understand its Sodium sarcosinate and cyanimide are the two molecular ingredients needed. My question is what are they derived from?

China and Germany I read are the only two countries to create creatine. Makes sense When they unleash World War 3 with really buff supersoldiers we will realize why the Red Skull was after the super soldier serum.
So he just showed us 2.5 tons sitting there, said they make much more every single day, and yet there are no 500gr-1kg bags to buy on the site, only 250gr with an inflated price.
Just note that myprotein state's 3g of creatine per serving when the flavors they use take up part of that total. So i think it is something like 2g of creatine per serve. 5g of creatine per day is what is recommended for the most optimal results.
How to make creatine at home ( dont do this ): 1. Mix sodium sarcosinate and cyanimide 2. Heat and pressurise the mixture in a reaction vessel 3. Take the liquid that’s created, cool it ( you get crystalline creatine ) 4. Purify it by centtifuge spinning out impurities 5. Vacuum dry it 6. Grind it into a fine powder You are welcome:)
it can be sourced through the diet mainly through animal products 0:29 ok so if you get your meat (all of them) from GRASS FED FARMS already you get higher quality meat and if you are on a CARNIVORE diet, you DON'T NEED creatine supplement cause you're giving your body all the nutrients, vitamins etc it needs thru a carnivore diet which besides meats you eat: eggs, dairies, fishes, sea foods everything natural except vegetables made for other mammals that YOU eat, fruits eaten by other mammals or birds that YOU eat, all grains from farmers (wheat, brand, etc) that are eaten by rodents and birds , do you see the real chain of food here? the food industry saw how they could make MONEY on food and so we're making way too much and using lands way too much. The price is artificially inflated now so high it’s not worth it this is caused by china and the supplement stores they known there’s a shorter supply.I would buy creatine monohydrate for 1000 grams for $40 now $90 ya stuff going up but not that much I think it bs
My son is encouraging me to try creatine dor mental cognition. I need to understand the origins as I am not a fan of pharma and prefer natural medicine. Id love to see this video updated to include those steps.
I am also curious 👀 where this powder comes from and how it quickly dissolves in water as if invisible 🤐where do these things come from and what exactly are we swallowing

I heard all creatine is either from china or Germany the german one goes by creapure and will have the creapure logo..... creasyn and other creatine with no name are from china.

Cyanamide(natural) is isolated from hairy vetch still there are artificial cyanamide maybe most companies are using artificial and sarcosinate is natural and is derived from coconut. (Creatine companies should mention their ingredientsare derived naturally or artificially)
Which is better? Creapure Creatine Monohydrate or this one in the video which is produced by you? Creapure has a reputation and promises 99% purity. So which one is better MyProtein team? I am confused
from my understanding creatine is one simple molecule that's easy and cheap to produce, so there shouldn't be much variation between brands, unlike protein powder for instance with 20 different amino acids and many other ingredients. Creapure boast 99% purity but it really is nothing special for creatine, it's just dumb marketing, I'm pretty sure my protein's creatine is of similar purity.

To produce synthetic creatine, the basic materials needed are: Gas: Used to produce methanol and ammonia, which are important precursors in amino acid synthesis. Air: Nitrogen is extracted from the air to produce ammonia. Water: Used in various chemical processes and to obtain hydrogen. Petroleum: Used to produce various chemicals needed in amino acid synthesis. These basic materials are transformed through complex chemical processes to obtain the amino acids arginine, glycine, and methionine, which are then combined to produce creatine.
