      Loading phases just get creatine in your muscles faster like a week or so. Bc creatine draws water to your muscles making them bigger. They are definitely not necessary. I wouldn’t recommend doing it as it can have side affects like cramps and diarrhea if you don’t drink enough water.

    • @jimsuess8891
      @jimsuess8891 5 месяцев назад

      No, like it said in the video, it will probably make you gain lbs due to increasing muscle size. I’d be less worried about your weight. If you want to lose fat, you should lift heavy weights very carefully for 6-10reps per set. Cardio doesn’t help burn fat as efficiently as lifting. This is something that I didn’t understand for many years.

    I've been training calisthenics for over a year now and want to try creatine but have a couple of questions about loading.
    #1 should I load? I want to gain weight but I don't want to put it on too fast and then have to go backwards with my skills training, due to gaining weight faster than strength.
    #2 will loading effect joints, bones and tendons, which, as i understand, need to develop with the muscles in order to support calisthenic skills without causing injury.
    All opinions welcome.

      @@Headie0ne you say it is disgusting but that is abit judgemental. Not all people who take steroids are ballooned boys, when you struggle to gain weight normally that is an option, steroids taken in moderation is safe. Just like anyrhibg in life too much is bad for you, i did it to gain some weight and i put on 2 stone taking me up to 12. And dont forget some people need steroids for medical conditions, yoy say it is disgusting but there are far worse things you can put into your body such as heroin.

    3-5 grams is good unless loading or naturally huge
    When to take?
    Don't really matter just be consistent
    Side effects?
    Upset stomach etc don't take empty stomach and divide the dosage
    How long you can stay on it?
    Don't need to stop it's safe for long term use
