Loading phases just get creatine in your muscles faster like a week or so. Bc creatine draws water to your muscles making them bigger. They are definitely not necessary. I wouldn’t recommend doing it as it can have side affects like cramps and diarrhea if you don’t drink enough water.

I have a simple question , I'm trying to loose 10-15 pounds , I do a lot of cardio , and a lil bit of working out , can creatine help me loose weight , or will this stop me from loosing those 10-15 pounds
No, like it said in the video, it will probably make you gain lbs due to increasing muscle size. I’d be less worried about your weight. If you want to lose fat, you should lift heavy weights very carefully for 6-10reps per set. Cardio doesn’t help burn fat as efficiently as lifting. Very informational, and straight to the point. A lost art indeed. Thank you so much!
Perfect video. Thanks guys
Our pleasure!
This is a great video. Explained literally everything I needed to know. Thank you
One scoop of the Do Not Age product in a glass of water doesn't seem to dissolve very well. Most of it ends up at the bottom of the glass. I imagine in a cold shake, it barely dissolves at all. Happy to provide pics.
hi quick question how should u take it in smoothies plain water? what are the ways you could take it?
Outstanding video. Lot of useful information covered straight to point. Like getting a university degree in creatine in just a few minutes...👍👍
Nice video, really helped out👍
when doing the loading week, do I split the 20g of creatine into 2 or 4 seperate times or take it all at once?
Definitely split it into 4 separate times
Four I do mine 9 am midday five o'clock n nine o'clock each with thirty gram nesquik ... And blue milk seven days if training center two around training..... Lool want a creatine boost trust me.... Now watch the haters......
How much to take?
3-5 grams is good unless loading or naturally huge
When to take?
Don't really matter just be consistent
Side effects?
Upset stomach etc don't take empty stomach and divide the dosage
How long you can stay on it?
Don't need to stop it's safe for long term use
This is literally everything I needed to know - I was stressing out on using slightly different teaspoons, so thanks for putting my mind to rest 😅
For a beginner is it ok to start with 5gm from supplement , if consuming meat & fish too.
And loading phase upto 20mg with non veg is it really required ?
You can just take 5g a day without loading (he does explain in the vid) it just takes around a couple of weeks to a month to saturate muscles. To be honest, i loaded taking 5g 4 times a day but it did give me nausea. Id just take 5g a day and not bother loading if i were to stop and restart (but i wont as its cheap enough from Myprotein!)
@@davekennedy6315 Heerak Paul, Dave's nailed it hear. Don't worry about whether someone is vegetarian or not. 5g a day for most people is fine
20 gram is too much
@@rkirwan1 most creatine is suitable for vegetarians anyway and why are you saying that when there's millions of vegetarians who love training.
God what a relief. Thank you so much!
I use unflavored creatine with my morning oatmeal. Perfect for me. I feel that the digestive process insures that I am receiving the maximum amount as opposed as it is suspended in the oats.
Great video!! Answered everything I wanted to know competently and quickly. Very Good.
This is an amazing video. It is concise and it focuses on the exact information someone who wants to take protein might wanna know. Congratulations, great quality stuff 👌

@@nanomachinesson3635 my brother I appreciate it thank you
@@nanomachinesson3635 I’m kinda scared tho I feel like I’m doing something wrong
@@tomrudd1392 nothing can go wrong with it just don’t consume the 10g at once fill it up in a bottle and drink throughout the day, worst case scenario you will fart a few more times than normal
