    Eu tenho Hashimoto e tirei o glúten, reduzi drasticamente a lactose e neste mês farei novos exames. Torcendo 🙏🏼

    Me sinto muito melhor sem glúten,mas ainda não consegui a remissão! Me tratando a quase um ano p haschimoto

    Tirei o glutem em 2 meses minha tireoide saiu de 8,9 pra 2,0 e met t3 está quase muito bom
