    15 MINUTE SANDBAG HIIT WORKOUT
    If you’re looking for a super intense, challenging workout, then this is the workout for you. Be sure to do a proper warm up before diving in, and some stretching afterwards. My sandbag is 75 lbs but you can use any weight that feels right. This workout will put muscle on and burn fat.

    3 rounds
    8 exercises per round
    1 min rest between rounds

    Deadlift
    Sandbag Lunges
    Pushups
    Sandbag Squat
    Curls
    Shoulder pulls
    Sandbag throws
    Plank bag pulls

    great workout. do more sandbag workouts. how much weight are you using? i am only using 42lbs but i am 65 y/o and weigh 145lbs so i am much smaller (and weaker than you)

      Glad you liked it. I weigh 185 and the sandbag is about 70 pounds.

    What do the sandbag throws do?

      I think that is for arms, back, legs, and cardio. I know when I have done them I'm exhausted by the end.

    you work out like a dainty little lady boy who doesn't pick up that sandbag very often and workout like a man
    squats and curls but no sandbag throwswhat the hell is wrong with this guy you're not going to get strong you're going to waste your time get tired and quit long before you get the physical benefits sandbag throws if you do over-the-shoulder a well chiseled abdominal section
