25 MINUTE DUMBBELL / BATTLE ROPES WORKOUT || Full Body Weight TRAIN-ing
If you're tired of the typical gym workout, join me in this 25 minute dumbbell / battle ropes workout to burn fat while firing up and strengthening your major muscle groups. Follow me through this entire workout and at the end you'll feel like a badass, ready to conquer anything in front of you. Each set of battle rope and dumbbell exercises is a manageable 12-15 reps. If you don't have battle ropes, you can do a punch combo instead. Make sure to do a five to ten minute warmup before exercising. Enjoy, like and subscribe!
