Fitness Trainer Al Kavadlo reveals his own personal workouts and training methods. Get Al's latest program Old Man Strength here: www.fortifytraining.com/offer...
I picked up a copy of "Get Strong!" not long ago, shortly before I turned 60. If I had known about "Old Man Strength," I might have gotten that one instead, but I'm liking what I get from the book I have. It's been fun to see that I can get stronger without having to go to the gym or use all that equipment. Many thanks!
Al, love your vids. My question is, as a more mature person(!) how do you stay motivated? Do you have any tricks or recommendations? Adrian from England 😎
I think it all comes down to a pretty common way of thinking that is seen in most novice gymgoers: they think that by folowing an advanced training program will make them advanced. Even if the person who's program might folow explaines what are the rules and how he got where he is.
Hey Hey Hey Al. Do you offer personal coaching sessions? For example, if I'm just stuck on getting my HSPU can I purchase coaching sessions to help break up through this plateau?
Dear Al, A question about training frequency. I really like the idea of training out my whole body every day. I know I won't be able to recover though, especially if I train hard exercises such as pullups, squats and pushups rigorously. How can I mix things up ? Any examples?
Hello Al, I really like your philosophy of training, I want to ask you, is a man of nearly 80, and has knees problems and shoulders problems could do the Old man strength ? In the past I have joined few programs and I could not work out. I am pretty feet, has been doing yoga for a long times, and does not take any medication and I am not over weight, 188/ 83 kg. Recently I have been to the gym, but I do not like it much. Thank you All
Hey hey hey Al....come on give it up WE WANT THE SECRET!!! Speaking of conspiracy theories, do you still speak with coach Wade? I wonder what he's up to these days.
