One of the things I really like about this channel, is the total lack of toxic anything. Not toxic masculinity, no toxic gym bs, no "if you don't do it 100% the way I say to do it you're wrong and will FAIL" bs, AND he calls it out when he sees it in other places. Just Will and Kofi exploring all things fitness, trying to help everyone to demystify it all, and encourage others to be fit and healthy. It's definitely a rare gem.
I don't think you will find Will ever being depressed or angry etc. Dude is such a positive guy!

Wow, really impressed that you keep going back and working on your swimming. There is an awesome noticable difference. I love swimming and have taught all age groups in the carribean for 15 yrs.
I see the biggest difference in the freestyle when one keeps their body flat like board by looking towards the floor of the pool and keeping their kick nice and straight (no bicicle kick, straighten the knees a little and point the toes).
I combine that with the arms...each arm rises from the water and enters with a slight bent elbow in frt of the top of your head. It glides forward ever so slightly then pulls back under your body.
It's almost as if your head stays straight on an axis, but the hips move ever so slightly with each Strike.

Alicia Vikander (Tomb Raider), Alexander Skarsgard (Tarzan, The Northman), Gal Godot (Wonder Woman), and James McAvoy (Glass). He actually goes with them to set everyday and watches what they eat, as well as works out with them while not shooting.
And he has a very good knowledge of CBR as well. That's the biggest secret of supraphysiological gains.

Equally as good as the diet and fitness information is your rapid fire delivery, including the jokes. A lot of fitness channels have fitness and diet info (some good, some bad), but you are unique in that you are so watchable, so entertaining. I wish I had discovered your channel sooner, but I am all in (so to speak) now. 😂

There are 100s of fitness youtube channels you can binge on for the same subject/info but there is literally no other WILL TENNYSON, his creativity,effort and humor is definitely a gift from god for us the general public 😂 you cannot find content even remotely similar to will(70-80% of his videos) anywhere else on the internet,, and that is not an easy thing to do in today's social media market RESPECT WILL... Pro tip, if you take the eggshell you can use it to scoop out the small eggshells in your pan. Its harder to grab with your fingers but if you use the broken half big piece it slides right into it 😬

Been following Magnus for a bit, gives really solid advice for people. He makes it known that to get ripped like some of these actors you need to be super consistent but allowing yourself a couple of “cheat” meals is important so you don’t fall off the wagon. Great job as usual with this vid 👏

Yes, I'm sure very few actors are "natural," but I have heard that they do receive doctor oversight to make sure there aren't any health complications, so it's not nearly as bad as athletes taking steroids in secret.

I feel like while he says you can have fun with 3/20 meals the diet still feels very restrictive. And people like you Will has proved your meals doesn't have to be ultra clean and boring. There should definitely be a priority to make a meal high in protein and nutrition to be filling but after that you can get creative with the other things to make the meal more enjoyable.
That's the bit that I call bullshit with. Three cheat meals is falling off unless you're going ultra low on your other meals.

I can’t tell what my favorite joke of this video was yet, but “I used to be a great swimmer and then I was born” was up there 😂
Some tips for your swimming;
make sure your fingers are always closed and your hands are in the shape of a spoon.
pull from your triceps and lats while keeping your core activated.
Kicks are your best friend; kick from your glutes and quads, then follow through with the calf and toes.
make sure your toes are kept tight but your ankles are loose but controlled.
then put every ounce of energy into every stroke and then do it again after 10 seconds of rest.
(I am a Houston Texas water polo/ swimming athlete and have competed in the Texas junior Olympics) Please take my advice, good luck with your swimming aspirations.
