Will, this probably gets lost in the comments. But if you do a deload week now (esp for your legs), you should do another scan after that. It is very possible that your legs will gain lean mass because of the delayed recovery. This often happens when you overtrain for a restricted amount of time. Also, before/after is awesome, one can clearly see the fat loss.

Even during the workout, it takes a lot more mental energy to push through 10 sets of quads than it does to push through 10 sets of triceps. Theoretically, the volume/intensity variables are the same for all muscle groups. In practice, however, volume should be the emphasis for small muscle groups (arms, shoulders, calves), and intensity should be the emphasis for large muscle groups (quads, glutes, lats, pecs). If I’m wrong, correct me! I’m interested to hear some other perspectives.

This video was the greatest I've seen so far. The editing, the jokes. 😂 You seem like a dope dude Will.
Thanks Stallone! (editor)
@@TheEditorJosh Bro! You're the 🐐, keep doing the lord's work. Lol
Will inspires me to stay consistent with my videos, really enjoy everything he puts out.
Man, you guys put in some serious work on your edits. Impressed.
Thanks man! I've got a couple editing breakdowns of the videos on my channel (editor)
@@TheEditorJosh sweet. Will have to check it out. I own a production company and so I can’t help but notice these things. Your sound design is pretty sweet too.
13:50 bro that guy took cut way too serious
The editing when Will got the results was so good I watched it twice. The angel wings and donut halo killed me. 😂
Haha thanks for that massive compliment, Sara. I remember I sent that cut over to Will and said "are you cool with me cutting out the 7 minutes of talking at the dexa scan and putting this instead?" and he was like "yeah man that's hilarious lmao"
This is just what i need. I've been out of the gym for a week and feel like crap because of a stomach bug. Going back tomorrow and this is just the fuel to get me hyped!!!
The editor for this video popped off and I see no one talking about it. Keep it up, the content was amazing but the edits were a massive cherry on top
Editing in this video going crazy, keep going!
Thanks Daniel 🤝 (editor)
Thursdays and Sundays I find it very tough to start my day without a large black coffee and a Will Tennyson video😊😊😊
As always, awesome effort and great stuff you pear.
Damn! Looking so AMAZING, Will! This regimen, although tough, definitely paid off. His upper body and huge thighs are so impressive 😍 He should definitely consider competing in a natural competition some time. His mass being totally natural is CRAZY! 💜
Wow is that you in your profile pic? You look so strong and lean, how many years u been training and are u natural? Would love to ask more questions if ur down to message..
I HOPED it was a stretching challenge since like every day I'm notified of a new like on a comment I made ages ago suggesting you do a "I Stretched Every Day for a Month" challenge. Give the people what they want, Will; give the people what they want!
So excited to see Will run the Arnold split for a bit. It is one of my favorites
It's kinda crazy that with all your years of weightlifting under your belt. You still managed to body recomp, it shows that not only beginners can do it
4:02 "you dont normally receive them from that end" lmao
You look HUUUUUGE, Will! Great job, congrats on the results.. hard work does pay off. Thanks for being an inspiration to us :)
1:53 WAS SO FUNNY "and umm. I guess I could do calves ."
Love when he puts Katie in the videos, they’re both witty, I love it 😂
I was definitely not expecting to see the Yoga Bear sleep shirt in this video 😂 I'm from Belgium, but I lived in Canada for a bit and I also have it somehow!! Great video! Amazing results!
Hey Will, I'm watching this at 5am in Australia and the reaction to your second scan result made me burst out laughing and woke up my wife. Absolutely loving your videos - congrats on the gains
Great content, as always
Sick video! Also, the results are very noticeable
Can you share the full detailed bodybuilding routine you went with? Thanks!
Deload a week from this and then at it again. Will could truly be a beast if he wanted.
Thanks for putting into perspective that me doing 30 mins of cardio is not that bad compared to this. This is brutal.
