Discipline is not getting that fat in the first place. You’ve lost 12 measly pounds,chill. You likely have 40+ to lose just to not look visually obese. See if you even get close before you talk about discipline and dedication- which you clearly don’t have thus far
It would be a fun video to choose 3-5 viewers and coach them once a week for 3 months and show the before and afters. Coach them with: -Diet -Gym -Supplements It could be a very fun video to make and you help out some of your viewers.
The blue thing is interesting. My parents painted the kitchen blue in the late 90s because there was some study about how it calms you and it was a big trend at the time for blue kitchens.
Unironically, I got one of the under the desk ellipticals and I really like it. But that is because I enjoy gaming in my evenings (so I don't have to have a habit pattern change), and peddling on that thing for 1-2hours noticeably makes me warm and somewhat sweaty, and elevates my HR a bit. Sure it may not be burning a lot (like 150-300 cals in an evening session), but it adds up over time (as long as you watch your caloric intake). Oh, and mine isn't nearly as loud as yours. With a headset on I don't even hear it.

Or while i couldnt use my foot AT ALL i put the thing on my desk and used my hands - only form of excercise i could do :) .... we tend to not think of people with injuries or dissabilities much when seeing weird products, but it's great these things exist out there so people have options

I think the last time I checked my obesity number or whatever it's called, it was at 38%, pretty much said I was way over weight. My top weight at one point was 340, but I normally stay around 305-315, I am trying and falling off every so often to lose weight, I know it is a hard and long battle, especially with my heart issues and diabetes. Fighting off the sugar cravings is massively hard. However, watching Will's vids helps out a lot, gives me idea on how to substitute for my diet and inspiration to keep me going. Thank you Will

Most of those reviews are probably fake. Amazon has a massive problem with them. I used to work for one of these bs companies (got conned then got stuck there). They have whole teams of people writing fake reviews, as well as different credit cards registered to different people so that they can get verified reviews for the products. It costs very little to do but the benefits are massive.
heads up to anyone using the chipotle nutrition calculator: if you get a bowl, almost every chipotle serves close to 3x the rice in the calculator, so be aware of that and ask for half or even third of the rice portion if you want to be more accurate

Blue reflective glasses will as such give a sepia image. If you want a more blue image (which would supposedly cause the psychological effect), you need either blue tinted transparent glasses like the guy on the talkshow has, or red/orange/gold reflective glasses.
I use a desk cycle brand under desk bike thing during the winter. They do work. But you really should use it for idle time. Watching TV, gaming like will said. Working whole doing it is super distracting
I have a desk elliptical. It doesn’t replace cardio but keeps me moving between school work. It’s too hot right now where I live to go outside and walk and I just don’t have room for a full machine. Mine doesn’t make annoying sounds. I have the cubii jr. They have an app with arm and other workouts to do while using the machine too.

sauna vest is basically like wearing a hoodie, keeps muscles warm and increases body temp takes about 2 weeks to adjust. i still wear hoodies year round to the gym, it's 90 plus here but i did the same in iraq just get used to it.

You need to get a cube for the seated elliptical. I have one at work and use it a lot, though I also have a seated desk bike ( bike with a desk on it) and an under desk walking pad. I write for a living so I need these things to stay active ( I do work out a home as well) because I’m a teacher who went from the classroom to an office and have ADHD. My coworkers think it’s funny because I have a gym in my office.
My heart Doctor told me something similar to what you just said, more Protein will help keep me fuller, but she also told me I need to keep my Sodium to 2500 mg or less, on top of that I am trying to keep my fat low and my carbs to around 150 a day.

Some Doctors were considering this as being the main cause of a LOT of dangerous conditions and illnesses. Surely this Sauna Vest will be doing the exact same thing? It is literally designed to keep the heat in the torso area making the sweat unable to cool this part down effectively?
