Ronnie is the goat not only for what he did as bodybuilder but his ethic passion and drive are not matched. He had a regular and risky as hell job with an OK pay. He did gym, college and family. Plus olympia. Dude was a monster. He held it up all together. No drama no problems. Day 1 the mas was always kind and motivating. He didnt needed to speak all you needed to do was just look

The man can't walk very well, but still stood to greet everyone. Class act right there.

As I approach a significant milestone (mile marker 60 on the road to 100) I can't imagine trading the quality of life I currently enjoy for something so inconsequential as a Mr Olympia trophy. @@patrickbateman1660boxer do weightlifting but differently than bodybuilders, while bodybuilders typically use machines and cables and go slow and controlled to boost hypertrophy, boxers instead typically use free weights with lower weight to move it faster to focus on power and explosiveness
The idea behind the 300-600 plus grams of protein or 1-2+g/pound that you used to see, and sometimes still see pros (and gym bros alike) using is that since you're using PEDs you need more protein because you're better able to utilize/synthesize it, so you should eat more. When in reality, you need less, because the more anabolically sensitive you are, the less you need for the same effect. But as we know, Bros gonna bro, and pros gonna pro.

6:15 - I'va always said that, a lot of overweight people always talk about how hard it is to lose weight and eat less, but eating more food, when you're already full, and then know you have to do that again in a few hours, and then again, and again... That's freakin hard! Gaining weight (with whole/healthy foods) is super hard and pretty expensive and time consuming too. Losing weight is literally just to swap out chocolate milk with water, swap out chips out with fruit, swap out pizza with chicken and vegetables, etc. The reason fat people think it's hard to lose weight is because they starve themselves instead of coming up with a good realistic diet. But gaining a lot of weight natural will always suck if you eat clean.
