@@MacGamingGuidesWar Thunder does have MnK support for console. I don't know if Gaijin have plans for Luna, but they did want to put War Thunder or a version of it on a Switch platform, so it's possible that they're working on a Luna port.

So true,buffing survivability and tree instead of buffing/reworking platform his speed of healing and maybe an offensive utility. Im gonna kill my self.

I am honestly fine with this. Ups his own survivability and making tree more valuable in a high HP/DPS passive landscape is huge. Now, I wish they re-verted that platform change of it being center to go up cause its been buggy/inconsistent ever since (or even give him two charges FFS), make his DPS Spread a little better (or make it charge ult more), and revert one of the previous buffs either to his ammo or Life Grip CD. Honestly, I don't mind the direction they go with him, but in the current landscape, if they want to make Tree an extension of his kit aka having it up as much as possible, they need to improve his base kit more (coming from a LW main with way too many hours).
@@Relevart9169 The Moira one is kind of big with Coal. Her DPS per second is whatevs (it does affect fuel recharge but you also have Damage orb to aid that) but her self sustain in coal is pretty passive. Honestly it did nerf her survivability but I don't think it'd be that big cause not like she was winning 1v1s against bad tracers anymore with the DPS passive.
Banning players who aren't doing anything but dying because of the crappy matchmaking is just stupid.

Genuinely, I don't think I've equipped a single OW2 highlight hero for any OW1 hero, they're so low quality.
I like the highlight intros tbh. Not everything needs to be an action scene.

They need to go farther. Make arcade give penalties too. If you're not going to play to win... don't play.
IMO, it's going to push casual players, such as myself, out of the game. I avoid comp and with these penalties it's just going to turn QP into (more of) a toxic cesspool....just one you can't leave now.

Even if you only play QP to "have fun" and aren't at all concerned with winning, surely you can see how turning games into a 5v4 is both anti-fun AND anti-competetive for the 9 people left over, right? I don't think the leaver penalty in QP should be as harsh or fast ramping as it is, but there absolutely should be a punishment in place so that one of the two core game modes isn't a complete waste of time.

It's a waste of time *for me* to play with toxic adult sized children. It's interesting that you're on the side of not wasting toxic players time, but perfectly fine with wasting mine (with these penalties), who does not want to play with said toxic people.

Yea it’s literally INSANE how the devs just completely ignore tanks and fail to realize EVERY role is more fun with 6v6 I did not want to play tank at first (in ow 1) and then I finally did and I actually liked it because I had another tank to either duo with, combo with or take some of the pressure off of me and now in ow2 literally ALL OF THAT IS GONE what’s also crazy to me is that 2 tanks would arguably be even more fun now because of all the new tanks and changes that have since been added like there is entirely new rosters that we could run but nope let’s just keep 5v5 and not even attempt to see how 6v6 would do, gotta love blizzard 🙄🙄

Reworking wrecking ball without addressing body blocking is criminal
A small bump in knockback when simply rolling into people would've been better than the shield buff. The shield buff just makes him like mauga or queen where if hes ever good the game suffers. The small knock back fixes body blocking and makes him better at disrupting.

@@shaneh3109 I still have 43k of them from OW1. There's literally nothing I care about at all, and new they're LESS useful since Venture doesn't even have any default legendary or rare skins (except one in the cash shop).

OOOH!!! Widowmaker is in the tier 80 because instead of putting Mercy's mythic, they give you 80 points of the store currency so you can pick any mythic skin including the new one, well of course they wouldn't give you 80 coins AND a new mythic.
So Reinhart, Ana and Tracer's skins are most likely tied to the 40 $ bundle

@@chungyouesean6253 Nah I just checked, he skips from lvl 66 to 72 for some reason and then goes to 80, but the lvl 70 is Free so that's probably an unknow Epic skin at most (probably Bridgitte Talon skin)
The ultimate bundle includes the Reinhardt and Ana skins, and the 20+ skips and 2k OW coins.
I forgot, at level 70 you receive the epic Talon Brig skin.
zarya has a talon skin aswell so im going to guess rein and ana will be in the upgrade pass and tracer and zarya will be shop

It was obvious they wanted his tree to be an extension of his kit (and by that I mean fast ult charge) when they nerfed him last time. If they don't overtune his base kit, the tree being strong is fair.
"tree is overturned" LW literally doesn't have a kit so why not. He has a useless platform no one uses, a hanzo dash, no good self defense other than running and a grip once in a blue moon

@@Relevart9169 I mean just saying you're playing him wrong if you think he doesn't have value lol but like he could use some buffs to his main kit imo and the Dash change is huge but they could still tune his base kit a bit because he got way too much hate for the "sustain meta" when other Heroes like Ana/Kiri/Bap were the problem.
As someone who just got Illari into masters I was concerned as well, but I reflected on how much more often I've needed to use healing beam lately after the HP pool changes. My thoughts are that if healing is now stronger Illari may be freed up more often to deal damage even if each shot is slower to charge. Altogether while this will hurt 1v1 encounters it may improve her capacity to juggle dmg and supp gameplay.
Didn't buff Doom slam, didn't nerf his punch, didn't remove his bugs, and nerfed Lucio? Looks like I'm skipping this season.
Tracer recall nerf isn't big on paper but it'll be super annoying for a long time to not have recall up when it's supposed to be. So many years of muscle memory will be hard to change.

@@jschlattfunnymic3069No drill dash did more burst before, yes it’s technically the same dmg but dot is obviously worse as you can heal through it while burst would just kill you. Very significant change that messes with their breakpoints and could make their combo a lot worse at least against certain comps

LW buffs are so weird as a LW player he absolutely does NOT need healing buffs! Nerf his heals and give thorn volley a buff it would raise the skill ceiling and make him much more enjoyable, thorn volley feels so satisfying to use but only tickles enemies

all it needs is no delay between switching weapons, there is too much risk using thorn valley in the middle of the fight because you could charge your heals in that time and delay makes it even worse

Did you see the mythic prisms cost its 1-1 usd and takes 80 to unlock a full hero. Meanings its 80 usd to unlock an old mythic fully. Just wow i thought they were greedy before. Blizz always finds a way to supprise me.

As MUCH as I would like to agree with you on this, Venture actually showed the most BALANCED gameplay ever in a hero release.
Theres a DIFFERENCE if they was in the battle pass.
But we got to play with them for literally 3 days fully. It was the most positive feed back for a hero.
So we got early gameplay, AND the hero isn’t behind the battle pass anymore. People have found ways to counter them.
I think it’s a smart move in a way. It’s stupid crazy… but I think it’s a smart move.
Because the real competitive soul of Overwatch died with OW2. It became a F2P joke of a game.

You couldnt even play all the heros without grinding for or buying them. 5v5 fundamentally changed what made it competitive as well. Its all a clown show. As far as im concerned, why would you prevent a new hero from entering comp at this point after completely abandoning your game? Maybe itll make the game marginally more interesting for a day, at least that would be an improvement lmao.

Leaving 10 comp games in a season and getting banned is actually kinda dumb. There are so many connection issues with ow2 I can see getting disconnected 10 times over the whole season and not getting to play anymore. Not a good change imo
You have a higher chance of getting banned from qp/ acarade than from comp. Which is even dumber.
It’s genuinely insane. Making it so the leaver penalty count remains over the whole season - regardless of how many matches you play - is only going to hurt the most loyal players; the more matches you play, the more likely you’re going to encounter connectivity issues, or end up stuck in a toxic game with throwing teammates, or have some problem IRL that you need to urgently attend to.
So thankful I stopped playing this game years ago, Blizzard are so disconnected from simple logic and what the playerbase actually wants.

For the battlepass stuff, I wish you'd opened the weapons and deployables. Sym's teleporter and gun, for example.

I’m all for dropping heroes that are ready into comp but I think there needs to be at least a 2 day wait because Venture did recently get changes that I think the player base needs to get used to before being unlocked in comp
I think this further proves that notion that we're dealing with an all new dev team now. They're going against so many things that fans just consider basic knowledge at this point. You can't say, "They're ready for comp how they are, we looked at the data," when you CHANGED the character since that data was captured. 🤦🏻 Might as well just put them in comp for their trial period then.

It makes sense ever since they started implenting the Hero Trial to gather data from real players. Compared to Mauga, Venture was in a much healthier state during the trial and really needed minimal changes.

What happened to reworking the game so that everyone had more health but healing stayed the same maintaining time to kill but removing burst damage. Wasn’t the goal to make the game no longer feel like you either live forever or explode? All this power creep is slowly bringing the game back to where it was.

sombra needs to be reworked 1 more time. hack needs to be a skill shot, not a lock on ability. and she shouldnt be able to hack out of cloak. virus is what hack needed to be.
Hack does nothing unless you target a few specific heroes. So most often a sombra player wont even hack.
I kinda agree with you but for different reasons. Put hack on a long cooldown but increase the time a target is hacked.
@@peevee5588what are you talking about? a lot of characters rely on abilities to be effective. yea something like mcree and solider isnt that bad but play echo, tracer, doomfist, pharrah, etc. and it doesnt change the fact that she gets off the hack for free with no real skill involved.
it needs to be something you aim. it needs to have some risk versus reward attached to it. then increasing effects works. you shouldnt be able to pick her and just chain hack a tank.
MORE sustain/denial power creep. Seriously, the DPS passive feels almost useless since midseason, Tank is still miserable to play, Orisa and Mauga are back at the top. Why is Blizzard afraid to let people die, and reward people for being better at the game??

As a LW main, the changes aren't bad but I still think he needs a little more and I'm glad the Moira changes are pretty fair. That being said, and I don't play Tracer a lot, but I don't think the changes address the main issue with her at the moment. I think nerfing her damage (in a world with DPS passive/projectile increase) would have been the way to go because she gets way too much value out of it.
Yeah, I don’t mind his buffs but it’s not the exact thing he needed. I think he should be able to fly or cause poison using his thorns, something to add a little pressure to his kit.

@@HappyIsaac0420 it took them multiple months just for ball to have junker queens shout without the speed boost and so he doesn't fall off the map, well isnt that great that really helps when u get slept hacked discorded and hindered all in the space of 2 seconds

They made another coin to buy to buy mythic skins ,why not more coins ,up the micro tranactions . just make skins under 5 bucks you got a million players playing
Now we get 3 currencies! At least 2 more and we can be a real GAAS! I'm thinking we get some limited time event currencies that expire after a seasonal event (Lunar New Year, Christmas season holidays, etc.) which will help unlock seasonal attires and costumes in that limited time! If not, they either expire or turn into worthless legacy coins. The fifth would have to be some social points, maybe they make your endorsement a score now, you get to see it, and cash in those for worthless souvenoirs, title cards, or other "special" items that maybe add customization to your name card and or character or player page in some meaningless way.
Modern gaming is the absolute worst. Thank god Elden Ring DLC is right around the corner.

Lucio on the other hand is meant to do damage inside his kit, that’s why is stupid that her secondary is better than his primary. The Doom change was more an oversight that they were correcting than anything, but I'm happy for it. Not a fan of Lucio's primary damage being nerfed. Same with Moira. I like Rein's Ult getting more range, but I wish that also applied to some other tanks, like Doomfist. Not like it would make him OP to have his minimum damage area widened a bit. Pretty much every other tank has a giant area their Ult can affect other than Doom. It likely won't kill anybody still but it'd be nice to not have people easily go completely unscathed when used offensively. I mean, it's called "Meteor Strike". Maybe leaving a burning patch on the ground. Something.
Love the recap of the patch note(tho would like a bit of more commentary to get ure opinion on it), but I dont get why they increased the health pool of all herosand decreased the healing(new dps passive) to only increase the damage and healing of multiple heros.
There was 1 damage increase in JQ's Carnage. They're actually being really good about not increasing damage in my opinion. And as for the healing thing, they need to account for Season 9's DPS passive change. It affected so many things that they couldn't change them all.
Nope. I am not grinding again 70-80 levels just to get Widowmaker skin the only thing i really always care about. + now its locked under premium so fk that Im not playing.
I really love the addition of the mythic shop. this makes the battlepass become a more worthwhile purchase, even if the season's mythic skin is for someone you don't really play or just don't want the skin for, and now allows me to remake the decision of not buying the Hanzo mythic back when the season was up. but then again the fact that you can just buy any mythic for real money now makes the mythics lose alot of their value. the mythics were supposed to be a special skin for each hero that displays your hard work in working yourself up the battlepass, but with that it all gets eliminated, and the mythics just become regular old skins like any other, with just a little bit more razzle dazzle on them... but I'm still happy that they're even giving us more of a choice in which mythics we get.

If u play casually being banned in 10 disconects seems fine. If u play a lot its not hard to see some one disconecting 10 times in 3 months. Very stupid system. 5-10 games a day 150 to 300 a month x 3 months is a lot of games for only 10 d/c or leaves.

we all just going to ignore that the devs increased hp to make fights last longer and now they arae buffing everyones damage and cc? almost like adding extra hp was never a proper fix
It was a bandage because they can't help but microbuff characters because people cry when their character gets nerfed. If devs actually cared about competitive they would take the riot approach and just nerf the crap out of characters until they become aligned with the rest of the cast.

This being the ball "rework" is so sad it doesn't change balls problems with his gameplay. I literally would have even taken a weaker grapple for more heavy reworks to team play. All this is going to do is make slightly easier to survive as I'm running away full speed. Giving shields to my team is such a nothing burger of an ability because when I'm going Mach 5 running to a health pack how am I supposed to save my ana getting flanked by a genji. These devs don't understand a single thing about ball gameplay.
As a Ball main, this is objectively incorrect.
Ball is already insane as a solo tank. He doesn’t need any real help there.
His one ass point is his value on actual team fights.

@@LFanimes333 This change hasn't been mighty fine feels useless despite the grapple change. You don't have to say as a ball main because I play ball too and if you read what I said I brought up the fact he was ass in team fights already. The change to adaptive shields is completely useless to helping his team because by the time you loop back around you have already lost all your shields from the enemy shooting you. The better grapple is nice but my point still stands I would take a weaker grapple for more teamplay or better yet more counters to Balls main issues which hold him back being CC and body blocking. This change has been so useless at solving any main issues.

@@LFanimes333 still doesn't solve any main issues with ball and def does not classify as a rework. Ball will forever be a hit or miss character until they address the fundamental problems with him. And no he is still extremely ass still if a team doesn't want you to play ball they will find a way to do that.
