      @@KrichProductionsI would say mcnabb was better as a dual threat on the eagles than Vick was. But seeing mcnabb and and Vick face off on tape in their prime. Was awesome

      Vick was amazing but remember: Randall Cunningham was on the cover of Sports Illustrated with the the title “The Ultimate Weapon.” Both were human highlight reels.

    Stupidly wasted his hall of fame potential there is no other way around it just straight to the point. Having the wrong crew around combined with dumb decisions.

    Title is accurate he is from my home state and he was a superstar but then he did something terribly evil. I went to college in the same building where he went to high school because the Warwick High School was transformed into the Ferguson Center for the Arts at Christopher Newport University a Top 100 music program.

      That building is super haunted and still has lockers in the wall behind drywall but the music program is great.

    He had all the potential in the world and being an Atlanta local for over two decades I can say we had so much hope that he was going to finally make the Falcons into winners. But his career started falling apart well before he got busted for the dog fighting stuff primarily because he relied far too much on his raw talent and was never willing to put in the hard work to build his mechanics and game knowledge up to match his natural ability (well at least not in Atlanta). After he left town and spent a couple of years in prison it seems like he finally got his act together and was willing to put in more work on the practice field and in the film room but of course by then he had wasted so many years that he simply wasn't able to put the career together that we all thought he would have. He remains probably the most deeply disappointing player to ever play for Atlanta not because he was a draft bust or because of a career cut short by injury but because he let himself down, he let his team down and he let down the hopes and dreams of an entire city.

    Prime Vick was flashy, but that is all he really was. Prime Vick did not have the accuracy, pocket presence, and awareness of the top QBs in any era, particularly Dak. People need to start taking notes..

      People forget while he was in ATL he only had two pass catchers...Brian Finnerian and Algee Crumpler, Vick's time in Atlanta was the worst period of wide receivers in Franchise history. So like most QBs it really depends on who drafts you and the talent around you

    • @ashleighelizabeth5916
      @ashleighelizabeth5916 6 месяцев назад

      @@tryagainb9669 yeah? Who did Elway throw to? Can you name even one of his receivers? Who was Patrick Mahomes throwing to this last year besides Travis? Great QBs make average receivers look extraodinary.
      OP is nuts to say he wasn't as good as Dak. That's a straight up joke but he isn't wrong that Vick had poor mechanics and didn't spend enough time in the film room or on the practice field. Michael was a sloppy QB when he played for the Falcons who got by on raw talent instead of on putting in the work to refine his game. Prison seemed to sober him up somewhat but by then he'd lost YEARS of his career in wasted potential.
