When i started, i did Claudia’s modification with three lb weights and couldn’t finish the workout. Today, i did the Coach’s version with 5 lb weights and finished! Progress! Thank you so much HASFit! You are awesome!

Been doing this three times a week for almost three weeks and I am so much stronger. I no longer pant going up stairs and my body doesn't hurt just sitting anymore. I've lost almost 10 pounds combining this with a 30 minute bike cycling HIIT exercise five times a week. Thank you guys for posting this online for free, I feel like a new person :)

I want to thank you for this video. In the last 6 months, I have lost 14 kgs, and 3 weeks ago I started doing these sets twice a week, and I'm already seeing so many results. At the start, I could not do one push up, so I hated the shoulder tap set and the planking. But now, I can already do a halve of a push up, and I'm starting to love the shoulder taps - my core is so much stronger, and my legs have never been tighter. So thank you so much, this is the first video ever that gives me these results!

Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

In January 2020, I was in the best shape of my life. More confident than ever. Everything was great. Then I injured my hip pretty severely in a kickboxing injury. Then Covid hit. I fell into a deep depression and I still haven't recovered. Im trying to dig myself out but its hard to keep my head above water, let alone remember to breathe...Now, I have to start over after a 35 lb weight gain over the last two years. Thanks for your workouts. They helped me then and I am hoping they can help me get back into the groove of things and get it done again.

I used this video today thanks 🙏🏿 I enrolled in a fitness class at my local community college. Their closed due to Corona. I walked in my treadmill and did 15 minutes of training with your video. I can’t do the floor stuff and used the wall for my push ups. But I feel good I’m continuing my program and I’m grateful for beginner videos 🥰

I was doing the 17min workout for 2 weeks. Now I've graduated to this. Good workout. The timing for each exercise is pretty good. About the time I am suffering you start the 5 second countdown.

I started this because I want to get stronger but I don't really enjoy weight lifting. This was great as a first class and you guys helped to keep me motivated. I had trouble near the end of the second set, but it sets my goal for the next workout to be able to complete all sets.

Use exercise to get fit. Use diet to lose weight. Exercise can't burn enough calories for most people.
This is the best home work out I've ever done. It's so nice to be encouraged whilst doing it, the reassurance was in all the right places too.

*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*
This is such a great workout! I was having a hard time looking for a strength training for beginners, as I wasn't sure if I should give it a go. But thanks to this, I can easily follow the exercises and you guys even put the calories burned! Thank you so much!

25 year old male here. 175 pounds. Never been fit in my life, 0 muscle on my arms and a huge beer belly. I could barely complete this last night, embaressing. Will be trying again today regardless, have been eating nothing but fruit, veg and lean meats for a few weeks. 3-5s litre of water a day. Do you think it's possible for me to build muscle in my arms while losing belly fat? I'm eating in a deficit almost every day
Jayjay lol I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure you'll be able to lose the belly with a healthy diet and exercise.😁
YOU CAN DO IT!!
All the science seems to say you need to eat more calories than you burn to build muscle. More likely is you'll reduce your fat but prevent muscle loss. When you're at your ideal weight then you can start to "bulk up" and build muscle.
try intermittent fasting, it focuses on fat loss but preserves muscle

I've been attempting this for just over two months now, and I can proudly say I was finally able to finish this workout today! I had to take a 2 minute break on each set after the first plank, but I made sure my heart rate never really went below 120, and I managed to do it!
Time to stuff my face with meatloaf and potatoes, I earned it.

(long post) After finally finding motivation to work out again, I grabbed my old workout DVD's and began searching online too. I "discovered" your videos and have been doing some of your workouts for 3 days.Then I decided to give a try to one of your fitness programs (The Foundation Program) I started today and will be posting updates of my results :-). Goal: to lose at least 15 kg (better 20 or even 25!) My current weight is (i am almost ashamed to say it, and it was a shock to see it on the scale) 97,5 kg for a length of 1,66 m. Yes, there's work to do for me. I had never had problems with my weight, till I got pregnant. Then I gained more than 25 kg and went from 60 kg to 87 (from EU sizes 36/38 to 44/46) I remember looking at myself in the mirror and not believing what I saw. Using workout videos and healthy eating I managed to lose most of the weight, but then I got pregnant again and put on around 20 kg. Your work is amazing and the motivation is wonderful. I can't thank you enough, coach Kozak and Claudia. Greetings from Holland!

god dam , i was doing the 17 min beginner a week and decided to do this one . I never sweated this much in my life , i was soaking . I feel so good that i finished this , i am so out of shape but slowly getting healthier
I'm on the same boat. So far Ive lost 10 lbs with diet alone but its time to bring it up a notch.
How many kgs dumbells do you use to start off with? (For men)
@@strikestar007 I don't know, I'm a woman. I only have 2kg dumbells laying around so used those. I could go higher to around 3kg, it really depends on how much muscle you have
