This might be late for you but I had the same product... unfortunately 'Media' is the counterfeit version of the Logitech K400 Plus... I've returned mine as the this version doesn't even allow you to pair with the Logi option+ App. That's how I've realized that the product I've received was not authentic. The authentic ones had better touchpad experience and connectivity. cheers!

Do you have a picture of the original box? Most that I have seen on the internet have the name "MEDIA" at the beginning.
