This is my first time seeing I think that the employee helped the boss more than the other way around ❤

The fact that both the ceo and the employee support each other is awesome

Congratulations to this amazing man. We do recover. I myself was also highly addicted to drugs and alcohol at one point in my life. I had literally tried everything. Rehab after countless rehab, jail, prison, even as far as being no homeless and living in a tent in skid row Los Angeles. I used to get on my knees and pray to God to please help me and remove the desire and want for drugs and alcohol. Five years ago I convinced my senior and disabled Mother that if she bought me a car I would get a job and make all the payments. Not even owning that car for a month I was back at it again doing what I did best. Driving around hopelessly in Downtown Los Angeles and getting high all night. I remember vividly one night I pulled over to get high when I all of a sudden had a complete out of body experience. I saw myself slumped over in the driver seat with my eyes wide open and my mouth hanging open and I was completely dead. I remember seeing Police officers and I heard one of them distinctively say, he’s a goner partner. Call his Mother to come and identify his body. I came out of that trance and I instantly knew that God had answered my prayers. I threw all my drugs and paraphernalia away and drive immediately home and woke my Mother up at 3am and began to sob like a baby in her arms and I was profusely apologizing to her for all the years of worry, pain, torment, anger, sadness, misery, and uncertainty. She held me fiercely in her loving arms and rocked me back and forth and cried with me and kept saying over and over again, hallelujah Lord Jesus Christ thank you for saving my one and only beloved son, thank you God. My name is John G and I’m a very grateful recovering addict.
Dude wtf! You made me cry in the morning.
God Bless you!❤️
proud of you bro, keep smashing life . oh yeah , give your mum a big cuddle from me .. Blessings 🙌..
Praise God
Keep going forward!

@@jimlthor yes sir:)
thank you
God is so good ❤😭 He gives you redemption/forgiveness even when you think the opportunity is passed and in places you wouldn’t expect.
To be given the opportunity to be a spokesman for the company to talk to people about addictions is an honor
He will be compensated for his time traveling and speaking which will provide more income
Chis was honored and it also help him in the long run
The president was not being cheap
Admitting your problems is the 1st & most difficult step outside of continuous sobriety...
The first step in solving any problem, is recognizing and admitting you have one
Angels can be found everywhere and they are usually people with stories like him.
Chris relates to me on such a level. I’m in recovery too and tried to pour all of my available energy into my job and my relationships. I’m a positive influence now and a leader at work. It’s a great feeling.
Congratulations to you. You are strong. You will definitely get over your struggle and become the best version of yourself. never lose yourself. I am happy to hear that you make such an effort to change your life. God bless you!
Hats off to this young man for pulling up & making a better life for his life . Bless you both
Sober here. Jan 20th, 2022 is 8 yrs for me i started my journey 2 days after my mom suddenly passed away. My thoughts were that she could see me all the time now. I wanted to do it for her, but realized I had to do it for myself. It's a constant struggle. We can get sober. Having support like this boss is key! 💜💜💜
She is beyond proud of you, 💝
Im proud of you my friend!👏🏻✨
You are such an inspiration, I’m struggling with alcohol addiction and depression, please pray for me
Keep your head up. Take walks it helps with sorting your thoughts out💝💝💝
If you haven't reached out for help, do it as soon as possible. Alcohol makes some people depressed. Sometimes we need someone to have our back. Ask a friend that doesn't drink to encourage you and get into a program at the same time.
You got this ! you know it too!
Addictions come from the need to escape pain, depression is often anger turned inward. Trauma-based therapy will help you significantly. Look up meditation music and emotional healing subliminals, they are a great supplement to therapy. You have to get to the root of your sorrow and shouldn’t without a professional 🙏🏼
Good luck girl
You are a rock star. Im so proud of you. On the 21st i celebrate 7 years sober off heroin. We absolutely do recover.
13 year sober last week here!
I lost family members to addiction but also have those in recovery for years ... I know both of these sides
and I can say ... I couldn´t be prouder of those who are in recovery
if you have a friend or family member in recovery that struggles with it - tell them how proud you are! it really helps them to know that you are there
Congratulations on your recovery. You also opened up the eyes of your boss. One day at a time is what it takes. Congratulations again.
Bless you. My brother was an alcoholic. AA saved him. I'm as grateful for you as I was for him. Keep staying sober. You're a blessing and a hero. Thank you
The main thing with addiction is to be honest with yourself, first and foremost, because admitting to yourself that you're in way too deep is the most strongest, most liberating thing that you can ever do. It is the start of a long road to recovery, but knowing that you can admit to yourself and subsequently other people that you have big problems, will be a huge boost.
For someone who is recovering from addiction, I really needed this today 🙌❤
Me too, wnt the shop earlier and nearly succumbed 👹👈this guy wants me to fail.but this guy is👉😇🤲👈 keeping me straight Stay strong "LetsAvTa" I'm saying a little prayer for you as soon as I press Send🙏🏼
I'm on 50 days clean and sober ...all I did was ask for help and it came...
@@daisymaisy4877 I really appreciate that comment. Had a bad last month, soI see this at the right time too. I so nearly blew off work to get high today but I had to push 👹 out of my head…. One love and hope you also stay strong ❤️
@@TYRONE_SHOELACES-CANADA Keep it up my brother. We are all bonded by are shared struggle ❤️
" I can see clearly now, the rain is gone, I can see all obstacles in my way, gone are the dark clouds that had me blind, it's gonna be a bright, bright, sun shiny day"
2019 my father and my high school sweetheart died from complications of alcoholism. That same year I left my abuser for the very last time. It's the hardest thing to watch someone you love slowly kill themselves. 💔
This worker has a narration voice like no other, almost Tom hank like
This is amazing spreading the good news of recovery
I’m so appreciative for the transparency exchanges in this!
You have to be brave in life to be able to recognize that in your life there is a problem that you have to overcome and the way to do it is by being honest like these men
I had a former student who was addicted to heroin. Unfortunately, the heroin addiction killed her.
That's all it's about just reaching one person and knowing you made a difference in their life even if that was your reason for living 🙏
Okay so this is the third clip I have seen of this boss and wow. What a sweet, genuine and kind person. He's so awesome.
Beautiful story!
Very touching on every level. Beautiful program.
What ever happens. I cannot cry. You cannot make me cry 😭
Good on you brother. You'll always be worth more sober. Keep up the good work and I hope by now, you've enjoyed spreading your inspiration to thousands 😀❤
Fantastic initiative!!! This is a bus that really cares about his employees... a very rare kind of business man! 🙏
Two great men being a positive change for the betterment of the future, respect is an understatement.. keep on keeping on 🤟🖤
THAT WAS SO NICE!!BOTH EXCELLENT PEOPLE.
You are a huge inspiration ...I hope telling your story gives others the courage..strength & determination they need to also turn their lives around..one day at a time....god bless you....💝
This boss is so genuine.
Wise people up high never underestimate what they can learn from someone down below. I respect the CEO for having the humility to show his emotion.
Cool to see those that have made it still struggle. We're all human, nobody is better than the other.
nothing like giving back...wonderful
Are you fucking kidding me? That's all he gets? That was insulting. I know people that have been through alcoholism & lost 1 to it.
Yaaay!!!
Well done, everyone!!
God is sooo good!!
What a lovely man Rick is.
Big Respect 🫡
These are always so heart warming.
This dude is a beast!
That's not a boss, that's a leader 💪💪💪❤️
Beautiful story!!! Gives me inspiration to get help for the guzzles of alcohol. My brothers from another were over yesterday helping me move, and while they worked away helping, I was drinking and later fell asleep in the garage where they and my sis/bro in law and neighbors, sitting on my son's crayola stool from when he was a kid. They all said I need to get help and shared stories of their parent with drinking and yet here I disrespect them and drinking away. Hopefully that will change soon.
MatMan from Eagan, Minne'snow'ta.
MatMan from Eagan, this is Kim from Stillwater! You have taken a HUGE first step in your own recovery by coming to terms with your addiction in front of the entire world on RUclips! You have the courage to do that, when most addicts/alcoholics just hide their secrets. BRAVO to you, sir! Now, there are plenty of people out in the world that you can help with YOUR story, just like this man did-and you can save their lives, as well as your own. But you have to really want to get better, and ASK GOD FOR HELP! Unfortunately, my husband always thought that nobody knew about his secrets. Everybody did. He died a horrible death because he refused to acknowledge that he could get better. I tried to “fix” him for almost 19 years by making his life as perfect as I could so that he would be happy. But it completely backfired. He STILL could NOT be happy unless he was high, and the rest of us walked on eggshells all the time. He died on July 30, 2006, right after our first grandson was born. He saw him only once. Be strong, be brave. Don’t get clean for anyone else, or for any other reason except yourself-or it will be meaningless and will not last. Do it for yourself, Matt. YOU DESERVE IT!
Aww I love this!! My favorite one of under cover boss so far❤❤❤
Wow, that's actually a beautiful story! This time, coming from the other side! ❤🔥

a roto rooter sewer tech bares is all, and brings his millionaire CEO to tears. i love this show!
Well done, Chris!!! Once a person realizes that he or she has a problem, the fight is half-won!!
One day at a time brother 🙏🏻
Director did amazing job
Good men!!
Beautiful and awesome. ❤🎉
Awesome 👏
.*it's Allright let it out* way deep his boos said* I'm forever grateful *
Beautiful
GOD BLESS EVERYONE 🙏❤️🙌
How hard it must be to be this successful at what you're doing, yet with so much pain inside.
I have a family member who is in recovery and has been for several years. When she told me about it, I told her that was the most important thing. Because I may have seen it from the outside looking in. I would have thought about what "they " needed to do. I told her I was proud of her, because SHE recognized the problem and she made the decision to get the help she needed.
watching this as someone who’s been and alcoholic for eleven years now, idk it just makes me want to do better for myself and my family
You CAN do it. I haven't walked this particular path but have had my own real struggles. Sounds like others to walk alongside you and accountability could help. I hope it is OK to tell you I prayed for you tonight; God created you unique and special, and you are loved. Wish I could do more to help; I know my words as a random stranger, may not mean much, but I think you are very brave to be honest and post about this publicly as a first step. May you feel loved and find the support you need to be healthy for yourself and your family.
Kudos to Chris !!
Super Amazing Man 👍
Powerful!
Sharing and caring. Is a goal we all need to achieve..
Awesome!
“You ever want to talk, you can call me” some real shit
He said he if he could help one person. Didn't realize he just did exactly that.
I love your videos
The one undercover boss where it's hard to tell which one is the boss.
This is my favorite one.. This is not scripted folks..
I’m in recovery myself. Many don’t understand the mental and physical endurance it takes to begin and sustain that journey, making up for the huge mistakes that got us there in the first place.
The president is such a gracious and down to earth man. You generally still see “bosses” puffed up in their own way but nothing but humility and genuine care from him. God Bless them both.
Been a poly substance abuser for 13 years, clean for over a month, going to rehab next week to help me to continue moving forward, wish me luck 🤞
I cannot imagine how one conquers such addiction. I admire you. Good for you for all your work; may your change be successful and you find your life filled with joy.
@@dking1362 If it wasn’t for the supernatural help of God, I would still be addicted and destroying myself. That much is sure.

two good guys
I wish my dad would have been that strong
My father lost his battle with alcohol, I was 13 years old
My sons are 13 and 9. My 9 year old is mentally challenged, making my life almost unbearable. My 13 year old is the reason I haven't given up on life.
I am so sorry for your loss Aussie.. 😔

Now being 60 yo I remember starting to meet bosses as my clients when I became 43 years old. What struck me as an xxl surprise was that most of them were nicer guys than those who had accomplished far less. "Nothing new under the sun, son" my -back then- 80 yo dad commented.
Beautiful 💞
Thank you lord Jesus christ Master savior king for bosses who care about their employees 🙏 God bless both of them
What a fucking good guy!! WOW respect bother!
Thats it? Give this man money or something
Exactly!!!😏😏
Give me money shheeeet
He gave him something way more valuable then money. Think about it. ❤
@@rozannaedwro934 he gave him more work
No money? Car? House? What gives?
I’ve been alcohol free for 5 years. You have to want that help and understand that it kills you and hurts the people you love. 3 little girls depend on their dad to fight the fight and make it.
I watched my dad nearly lose his bout with addiction, but next month will make him 10 years sober.
Take care of what hurt you to drive you to that comfort. Your life depends on it.
When he tells his boss? " you can always call me " .. 😢
I also have an undercover boss….we never see him and have no idea where he is or what he is doing at any given time.
Wow that employee is my ex's dad. Hes a great guy. Never knew he was on this show!!
Bosses even have personal problems and unresolved issues in their personal lives.
My mom was the same & she never recovered.
I dont think the boss should blame his father, not everyone has the strength to fight that kind of battle. It takes a special person.
Oh my heart
I want to see more
He relapsed the next year, it's really quite sad. 😢
😔😪...Okay...I cried...!!!😎👍🇨🇦
This is special. The wrkr sounds JUST like me…
Chris is a badass!!!
