Just got my Speedi 3-4 weeks ago.. LOVE IT!!! I'm an OLD one eyed hillbilly that's NEVER coooked.. and this is letting me be able to eat more than just a basic bland burger and bland chicken breast.... SO much more. --- OH- as a hint to folk- you might let them know that if it gets dirty- especially up above the heating element etc.--- put a cup of water with some vinegar in it and set it to steam. The instructions so using just water and doing this--- but sometimes that doesn't work well-- but if you add the vindegar- it will clean it out just beautifully!!!

Thanks so much for that tip. I have done this in the microwave before to clean it up and it never occurred to me that I could do it in the Speedi.

    Great tasting
nuggets Scott. We use this ssuce recipe on some salmon.( wife loves salmon. I prefer the great value wild caught USA haddock from Walmart. $10 for 24oz. Great 5asting fish.) We char the salmon first tgen put them in the sauce. Same as you did except we used the Great Value orange marmalade. Thank again Scott. Nuggets are always good and this adds a different flavor.

Made this with marmalade not high fructose corn syrup and put orange slices in at the end. It’s delicious! Thank you😊

Maybe with this particular dish, it would be nice to have a NINJA dual-- with two places to cook at once.. ???

Do it with chicken thighs,Drums or even wings. Better than nuggets.

Hey Scott I heard honey won't grow mold and stays good for a long time. But will it outlast a Twinkie or Micky D's burger and fries ? LOL

He didn't even show us the rice when it was done or how it looked. Very disappointing....equally so that he didn't bother to respond to your much appreciated question. Geesh...
