NINJA SPEEDI~ Whole Roasted Chicken~ Lemon, Rosemary and Thyme~ Steam and Crisp 45 minutes

This whole roasted chicken cooked on the steam and crisp function using the Ninja Speedi came out absolutely perfect. I could not have cooked it any better in the oven. I was blown away when I checked the temperature and this large 5.75 lb Whole chicken was done in just 45 minutes. I belive I could have checked the temperature and pulled it out at 40 minutes. This meal was prepped and cooked in under 1 hour with lots of leftover chicken to meal prep for dinners for the week. I can not say enough good things about the ninja speedi. I still love my Ninja foodi but the Ninja speedi is more and more becoming my first choice for meal prep for the week. I seasoned the chicken with lemon, rosemary and thyme and added carrots, celery,onions and lemon to the bottom steam level and inside the cavity of the chicken to ensure great flavor throughout the chicken.
