Loved this class! It would be great to do a bit more standing warrior postures to stretch and strengthen to really get deep into the postures. Absolutely love your classes! It's a good challenge on my off days from running, great cross-training!
Harsh!! That was harsh! 😅😂the beginning sequence was difficult for me (arthritis in shoulders) and I can’t jump (old lady issues) but otherwise I believe I made it! So THANK YOU! ❤🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
