      @@zoe9298 its 80% diet. But yes, to tone up these videos are amazing. I do still do some cardio too throughout week. Congratulations on the baby!!!:):):)

    Side note: Mother Nature decided to sneak up on me and bring along some intense depression & anxiety and this was exactly what I needed.     I prefer the shorter ones,its hard to do a long one with kids around plus I get burnt out so I do a little n then more another time!

      @@theglowmethod ya I been feeling burnt out lately n I was at dr n test came back that I'm perimenopause now ,I knew I probably was cus of symptoms, but this perimenopause is kicking my butt,but I'm making time to get on my mat n take time for myself, but I don't push myself too much,I do what my body wants n good nutrition lots of veggies n plant protein,my iron in a little low so I'm upping my greens n dr said to get a womens multivitamin with iron😊

      It depends on your body / props / mind to muscle connection - but I have had my watch tell me anywhere between 300-500 for a 60 minute class
