Really enjoyed this workout, Larie, thank you! A little request is to wear contrasting clothing when you’re down on your black mat. I had trouble seeing (iPad) some angles, specifically in the beginning with the side leg lift - couldn’t tell if your leg was forward, tapping down in front, or straight up and down. Little thing, but with our little screens, very helpful. ❤

I knew I wanted a pilates/barre type workout and you definitely delivered my legs were dying not the arms so much as the legs oh and that core finisher oh snap great workout I will keep adding this into my routine trying to follow 3-2-8 method thanks for the workout that lat stretch was nice at the end

Thank you for another great challenging workout! Today the music seemed a little louder, which I appreciated. I loved the virtual high five at the end! My workout space is in the basement. This workout killed the legs and climbing the stairs to go up to the shower was NOT fun! Lol!😂
