Everytime i chose to do this, i really wonder why; IT BURNS SO MUCH. my band has 15-18kg resistance and makes me see jesusmore than once in those 45min 😭❤️🔥
it was a mistake doing that workout after 3 weeks of rest😅. my whole body is sore the next day. i modified core exercises to make them beginner friendly
