    It was one of those days...hours went by and I couldn't get my ass in gear. Finally around 4pm I said JUST DO IT and I landed on this one. It was PERFECT! Got me back into a rhythm! Thank you, Larie.

    I really love your barre inspired workouts. It would be great if you came out with another barre program that’s 30 mins. I’m a stay at home mom of 4 and the 45-60 min workouts don’t work for me. I love your style! Thanks!

    Everytime i chose to do this, i really wonder why; IT BURNS SO MUCH. my band has 15-18kg resistance and makes me see jesusmore than once in those 45min 😭❤️‍🔥

    it was a mistake doing that workout after 3 weeks of rest😅. my whole body is sore the next day. i modified core exercises to make them beginner friendly
