    Thanks for the wrist free class.
    Got a wonky right wrist from weightlifting. This was still a challenging practice even without the chaturangas. Playlist on point again too. Blessings 🙏🏼

    Thank ypu for this class. My workout yesterday included a lot of Planks so my wrists and upper body needed a break today. As someone that hasn’t done yoga regularly for over a year now; due to a hip injury; this class was very difficult, due to my lack of ankle strength. But it was exactly what I needed

    My triceps thank you for the vinyasa-less class.
    I always expect a more chill pace class when it is a no repeats flow. But girl, all those standing balances sure challenged me and my tight hamstrings.

    Since my wrist was injured when practicing hand standing, I couldn't do many yoga practices for a month. That makes me sad and frustrated. This one really helps me keep practicing yoga without wrist pain.
    Thank you for sharing and teaching. You are an amazing yoga teacher.

    This was just the class I needed for the day Kaylie as my wrists were a bit sore after the past few weeks heavy upper body work! It’s pleasantly surprising how yoga can be explored in so many creative ways from the master creative yoga guru such as yourself. I will definitely recommend this practice to one of my students who is suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. Thank you so much 🤍👱🏻‍♀️🩶🍑💋👌🏻🙏🏻✨🥰😇
