That was fantastic. I got chills, especially as I love Six's discourse at the Trial and he delivers it perfectly in this impression! Also Seven and War were fantastic, I think they are good best impressions in the vid.
Im so happy you went for proper impish 1, not just just the grauch lots of people go for. He was impatient and short tempered sure, but he wasn't just "grumpy".
He was a grumpy old man from The Unearthly Child to Edge of Destruction. By Marco Polo he has warmed up to Ian, Barbara and humanity and takes on this cheeky old man tone. It’s fine to do a grumpy First sometimes. But when, like in Twice Upon A Time or The Five Doctors, he is played like a grumpy old man at a point in his personal timeline past Edge of Destruction it’s very irksome.
I like how your 7 has a strong touch of John Hurt, and your enthusiastic speech from each version reminds this senior fan how they are all the same, eccentric, positive, endearing character, the marvellous Doctor! Very well done, thank you - hugely entertaining, and life-affirming ;D
Best ones for me were Hurt (spot on!), Hartnell, then both Bakers were pretty decent. Sometimes when the voice wasn't quite right, you mannerisms and general tone were spot on, which made up for it. Really impressive overall!
Even the voices that _weren’t_ absolutely spot-on… all I can honestly say is you channeled each Doctor’s energy to their fullest, and for that, good sir, I applaud you. 👏🏻👏🏻
OMG, I'm obviously from the UK and your British accent is absolutely SPOT ON!!!! Absolutely fantastic. Your first doctor was my favourite, your John Hurt excellent also, and I also thought your Colin Baker was very good too. Oh and an American doing a Scottish accent!!! Far more convincing than Frazer Hines attempt at Jamie. Well done sir, you are very talented. I worked as an actor for 30 years so i think I know real talent when i see it x
Colin Baker sums it up for his run. "I'm the Doctor whether you like it or not." With a more subdued costume and a bit less regeneration trauma (maybe don't try to strangle Peri), he could have had a better shot at it.
What a fantastic demonstration of range! Your John Hurt was especially good, but even the few not-as-accurate ones had a sparkle of genius. As for constructive criticism, honestly the few places where you fell short seemed more like an acting problem than a voice problem. Your acting was excellent in most places, bringing so much to the performances, and it seems to be the key to unlock the voices. If I'm directing you, these are my notes: 4: "Pretend that everyone understands you. Don't care if they actually do." 7: "You /do/ care if people understand you. It /really/ matters to you." 8: "You know that nothing you say will actually fix it. Say it anyway." 10: "You're just talking to yourself, always." 11: "The sentence you're saying right now has already bored you. Next!" 13: "Less tortured. Everything is exciting to you, even sorrow."
With Davison, the voice needs to sound mild and laid back like he's only sort of interested. Your Androzani but was spot on! For Troughton, he sounds afraid with an undertone of knowing more than he lets on. I used The Three Doctors and the Five Docs to learn both he and Pertwee
Fellow impressionist here- these are FANTASTIC. 4, 6, and War are particular standouts, and that's coming from someone who prides himself on a good John Hurt.
Only real suggestion I have would be to work on your 3 a bit- it sounds a lot like Jon Culshaw's Pertwee impression, but not quite like Pertwee himself.
I was impressed by your Tom Baker, pleasantly entertained by the rest, and then got to the War Doctor and felt my jaw drop. That's such a fucking good John Hurt lmao It's difficult to do some impressions when your voice just isn't the right register for it, but in spite of that, you manage to capture some of the important dialectical mannerisms of each of them. You do a great job with the range you've got. This was very fun to watch!
Your impressions are spot on! Is there anyway I can contact you to do a voice of the Tenth, Eleventh, and the War Doctor for a comic dub via Email or Discord?
One, Three, Six, War and Twelve were practically perfect! You could do wonders with those voices. Also, you matched 13’s energy very well too. You almost had it with 8 though. You need to soften the voice a little bit. Really study his voice. 7 was also really close, but McCoy has a really wide vocal range and uses it a lot. Yours felt really flat, but I think giving the tone of your delivery some variety will help fix that. Overall, a stellar attempt!
Wow I'm really impressed with those impersonations your ability to do the british accent is fantastic there are all brilliant in their own way my favourite was Chris eccleston because he's from the same area I'm from so I have a similar accent and you got it spot on
Ill admit I had this on in the background and I thought all the impressions were great.. until war doctor... I legit thought you just started playing some audio from him, that was fantastic!
Thanks Louis! I loved the campaign for Living Paintings you spearheaded. Doctor Who is magical, and you have made it accessible to so many more. Also I love your music.
Maybe it's because I'm such a fan or I'm so used to hearing their voices but 6,10 and 11 sounded slightly off. I feel like Colin in particular was such a bold speaker that it's kind of impossible to get it dead on without just speaking in your authentic voice.
Incredible. After a fair rewatch, that was just incredible. Thank you for sharing. I thought for three seconds I had a fair criticism and then I said nope. I totally agree with this choice. *chefskiss* 👌
I was watching someone else do impressions so I thought I'd search for others. This was so good. "No. Brilliant!" Not only did you nail the impressions but I forgot you weren't British a few times. Hehe. Wasn't just the voices but the expressions was great too. Like the 2nd Doctor and his eyebrows. And almost all the Doctors saying 'mmm?' That was fun
One thing I feel needs pointing out even though I'm sure it's simply pedantic, while your First Doctor impression is fantastic, in his goodbye speech to Susan he says "Believe you me your future lies with David, and not with a silly old buffer like me" not "silly old duffer" other than that slip up an absolutely fantastic First Doctor impression
Literally, FANTASTIC! I found your channel literally out of nowhere but I think I found my new favourite doctor who channel. I absolutely loved your Colin Baker's impression, I thought you actually took the audio from his monologue because it was so good, literally bit where you said "Cybermen!", it was phenomenal. The bit where you went all-out with your Peter Davison impression was hilarious. I hope to see more content from you or if this was the last video I saw from your channel, it give me some joy. Keep up the good work, Jeremy. 👍
These are fantastic. I envy you your talent. If you haven't done any Big Finish type audio productions, you really should. I haven't heard anyone do a better Hartnell, Davison or Hurt.
My dear, dear boy! What an effort! Yes . . erm . . . a little more work and you may indeed pull it off! Might I suggest thought, that you practice making your voice deeper? It actually helps if you can sing operatically because you have too much head voice for most of the Doctors and not enough support from within the chest. There you are weaker and it needs developing. Good emotion on Thirteen. The pre-regeneration scene with Yaz did actually manage to bring tears to the eyes. Something that Jodie herself fell short of accomplishing.
I tried this once...mum came in and said I don't know who any of those voice were but the fourth one sounded like Anne Widdecombe, the ninth one sounded like Brian blessed and the last one sounded like Victoria wood...i don't know how I fucked up so badly.
14 was surprisingly good given the scarcity of the source material! 10 would probably be improved by doing more of his drawn out vocal fry. "Weeelll", that kind of thing. Overall great, it's obvious how much affection you have for Doctor Who.
Very nice indeed, I think you nailed most of them the weekest being in my opinion was Peter Davison but I would say that's quite a tricky one to replicate because he has no voice of any real notability if you know what I mean he sounded like a million other people. Very well done though 👍🏻
Well played, Jeremy. As a professional voice actor, the trick is to make definite differences between each character. Your Colin Baker was great. All the best.
I think you did well with the classic Doctors. My advice for all the modern Doctors is to make their voices less deep. That was the recurring element I noticed; they were all just an octave or two lower than their actual voices. When it comes to Thirteen, though, that can’t be helped lol.
Brilliant. Particularly like the 13th as you've got her accent down very well. 7th Doctor is very hard to master. Lots of rolled 'R's and over-the-top mouth movements but it was still pretty good. 4th Doctor is my favourite (and is really 'my' Doctor).
My review ~ Your First is close to perfect. Your Second needs substantial work but you have the cadence mastered already and it’s still recognizable as Two. Your Third comes over as more a comical than a serious interpretation of Three, but that’s OK, it’s still clearly him. Your Sixth is very, very good but occasionally misses a beat, but I would have regarded Six as a very difficult voice to master anyway so excellent work on that! Your Seventh is almost better suited to a Three (although your John / Jamaica is good). Again, a tricky one - try more Scottish ‘burr’, more casual irreverence and higher notes. Your Eighth is . . . odd but in a good way; it’s almost like an alternative version of Eight, but either way it’s still clearly him. Your ‘War’ is very good. Bravo, sir! All of these impressions sounded pretty much exactly like each of the Doctor's they were meant to sound like, with a spot on John Hurt impression! I guess if you're looking for any kind of improvement it would be with the Colin Baker and Matt Smith versions just to try to get there cadence and inflections a little crisper, but that is more nitpicking since they both sounded fantastic!
Its pretty common knowledge that Jon Culshaw is the master of Four (and I'd recommend listening to his Three as well, its uncanny) but this is probably the next best I've heard someone doing Tom Baker (especially in his Doctor years rather than his older ones). Some of the voices were not quite there yet but One and War, nice; Seven needs more of his famous R rolls. Where it occasionally lacks in vocals you certainly make up for it in mannerisms and facial expressions. Its no easy task taking on ALL the Doctors so I commend you on that. On Thirteen though, definitely needs more Yorkshire, up the "Hooderzfield" to level 11 (or even 13)! 😁😁
Wow, these are great impressions! Absolutely incredible!
Oh my gosh! Thanks Dude! I love your videos. That one parody about missing episode recontructions was hilarious.
Trying to do an impression of Tom Baker's thundering voice is no small task and you managed to get it remarkably close. Congratulations!
I’m surprised how few people have mentioned your Sixth Doctor impression. That was really spot-on, alongside your First Doctor and War Doctor.
It really was ay? I was surprised ‘cos I’ve never heard a Colin Baker / Sixth impression before, never-mind one as good as that!
those where my favorites too
That was fantastic. I got chills, especially as I love Six's discourse at the Trial and he delivers it perfectly in this impression!
Also Seven and War were fantastic, I think they are good best impressions in the vid.
Solid John Hurt.
The Tom Baker impression caught me so off guard, it was so good.
Im so happy you went for proper impish 1, not just just the grauch lots of people go for. He was impatient and short tempered sure, but he wasn't just "grumpy".

0:54 wow, the "One day I shall, comeback" was on point.
Pertwee is INCREDIBLY difficult to do. I think you nailed 5, 6, 7, and War though!
I liked your 1 and War
BRILLANT impressions but I gotta say that Colin Baker is shockingly accurate, it sounds exactly like Colin did during his TV tenure as the Doc!
British accent??!!! English accent you mean. You mentioned Scottish but neglect to mention English. There is no such thing as British.
@@rnw2739 you are correct! Sorry I should have been more precise. I just wanted to pay him a lovely compliment x
@TimelordUK No apology necessary! Sorry to appear 'anal' but that's a hang up of mine, although no fault of yours!
Oh BTW please do an update version with you doing the Doctor impressions again ic jo martin and Nucti Gatwa
your 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th and war doctor impressions are brilliant
Colin Baker sums it up for his run. "I'm the Doctor whether you like it or not." With a more subdued costume and a bit less regeneration trauma (maybe don't try to strangle Peri), he could have had a better shot at it.

the john hurt one was bang on

Amazing! Especially the old who Doctors!!!
5:14 - Absolutely flawless
I listened to them, very good! Yes, you nailed 6 and 1

Great impressions. I was surprised to hear Jodie too. The Hartnell bit is the best.
If I could do that, I'd be GMing a multi-Doctor RPG every week.
Your impressions are spot on! Is there anyway I can contact you to do a voice of the Tenth, Eleventh, and the War Doctor for a comic dub via Email or Discord?
@@JeremyDuncan Send ya a friend request, but I will talk about tomorrow since I need to sleep ^U^
out of all of these, the Tom Baker impression was the best
Love your 8th Doctor - you have that perfect hint of a Liverpool inflection present in his voice.
Overall, a stellar attempt!
One and Three were fantastic. I think Twelve had shades of Billy Connelly coming through though. Peter's voice is slightly softer imo.
The Capaldi one has a lot of Tom Baker in it... but I guess it makes sense, the actual Peter Capaldi sounded a lot like him sometimes
That 9th impression was damn near perfect! Amazing job!
I love the William Hartnell impression so much lol
The sixth doctor speech was the best in my opinion! Sounded just like him
Wow I'm really impressed with those impersonations your ability to do the british accent is fantastic there are all brilliant in their own way my favourite was Chris eccleston because he's from the same area I'm from so I have a similar accent and you got it spot on

Being able to do all of these is wonderful. I love the cliffhanger from Davison Caves of Androzani episode 3. 👏 Your John Hurt was perfect too.
13's tone is so good, wow!!!😊
Honestly, I think your Paul McGann impression is absolutely spot on
13s speeches are actually really great, you did a great job with every incarnation
Thank you. I really wish we could have had just one more season with her!
Not bad at all! Even when the voice wasn't perfect, the inflection and delivery is really good.
Enjoyed this a lot. Some of these are really pretty good! Nice work.
Thanks Louis! I loved the campaign for Living Paintings you spearheaded. Doctor Who is magical, and you have made it accessible to so many more. Also I love your music.
All very impressive but you're Colin Baker and John Hurt were especially amazing
Nice work. Your Pertwee and Tom Baker were astounding, as was your John Hurt
Your Hartnell was astounding!!! (If only BF can replace Noonan with yourself...)
Thank you very much for the compliment, but I quite like Noonan. His cadence actually helped me find the impression.
Maybe it's because I'm such a fan or I'm so used to hearing their voices but 6,10 and 11 sounded slightly off. I feel like Colin in particular was such a bold speaker that it's kind of impossible to get it dead on without just speaking in your authentic voice.
WOW, this was fun and fantastic! ❤❤ Your Jodie brought a tear 😢
Incredible. After a fair rewatch, that was just incredible. Thank you for sharing.
I thought for three seconds I had a fair criticism and then I said nope. I totally agree with this choice. *chefskiss* 👌
Very good. Jodie needs a Yorkshire accent specifically from the Huddersfield area
I was watching someone else do impressions so I thought I'd search for others. This was so good. "No. Brilliant!" Not only did you nail the impressions but I forgot you weren't British a few times. Watch Doctor Who: The Glimpse on here, probably the best Hartnell impression I have heard
Your sixth doctor impression 🔥
Tom Baker and John Hurt are some of my favorites!!
Your 7th is on point. The remainder are very good. Great choice of speeches though.
Your Smith and Capaldi were especially excellent. Good job with all of em!
Your first, fourth, fifth, eight, war, and ten are incredible!
Really awesome voices. But all though the video I just wanted you to say “it’s over anakin, I have the high ground” 😅😂
For Six, there has to be more bluster and rage. And sometimes some good nature funning (see with Peri or Mel)
Your eyebrows might be very useful on the planet Delfon.
the 1st doctor mannerisms were on point!
You are great, this video deserves much more views
My dear, dear boy! What an effort! Yes . . erm . . . a little more work and you may indeed pull it off! Might I suggest thought, that you practice making your voice deeper? Well done! I loved Jon Pertwee because you sang! Most of them are spot on.
Most of the classic doctors were rly spot on !!
I was reciting the "I shall come back" speech right along with you. ❤
OKAY.... This was insanely good.
In words of 9 Fantastic
Your 12 is better than most ive seen, and the War is GREAT! And great job on 13
big finish hire is man pls, these impressions are fantastic

"It's obvious how much affection you have for Doctor Who." The best compliment I could receive. Thank you!!!
He doesn't think he's good he says, these were amazing!
I really liked the War Doctor, and the Eighth. All were fun. Good job. Thanks for doing that.
Good lord First Doctor was _so good!_
You've really got something. Yes, a few need a bit of work, but my God you're on the right track. You'd be great in a one man show.
You have considerable talent. Nice one. ❤️
Colin baker was spot on!
Very nice indeed, I think you nailed most of them the weekest being in my opinion was Peter Davison but I would say that's quite a tricky one to replicate because he has no voice of any real notability if you know what I mean he sounded like a million other people. Very well done though 👍🏻

Not an octave or two - that would be extremely different.
Epic! Keep it up!!! Big Finish here we come!
That is an amazing First Doctor, best impression!!
Brilliant. Particularly like the 13th as you've got her accent down very well. 7th Doctor is very hard to master. Lots of rolled 'R's and over-the-top mouth movements but it was still pretty good. 4th Doctor is my favourite (and is really 'my' Doctor).
These are absolutely smashing! Absolutely fantastic impressions! :D
Yeah, you do Tom Baker freakily good. And Patrick Troughton is back from the grave? OH, that was you.
well i wasnt expecting that, that was amazing
Your War Doctor was brilliant!
Awesome dude..Awesome impressions. Accents on point. But you also remind me of Ben Kenobi. do a Kenobi impression video. Please.🙏
Really good! I’d say just work on Davidson a little, but you nailed them. Your Hartnell was fantastic!
Your Tennant sounds strangely like Orlando Bloom
😂 Thanks for the honesty. Honestly the best comment I've gotten so far.
My review ~
Your First is close to perfect.
Your Second needs substantial work but you have the cadence mastered already and it’s still recognizable as Two.
Your Third comes over as more a comical than a serious interpretation of Three, but that’s OK, it’s still clearly him.
Your Fourth is the finest I’ve heard barring Jon Culshaw himself (and that’s no easy feat).
Your Fifth isn’t close or even recognizable (though your Stotz makes up for it and anyway Five is a curiously challenging one - maybe toning down the ‘aristocratic’ inflection would help ‘cos although he has that ‘gentlemanly’ reputation and thusly seems as if he’d speak ‘posh’, he really didn’t to any major extent).
Your Ninth is good, could do with some polish but it’s very impressive.
Your Tenth is . . . you know, I’m honestly not sure!
Your Eleventh is like your Second - you nail the cadences but the quality isn’t quite there yet.
Your Twelfth is alright but if it doubled as a Billy Connelly it’d get extra points!
Your Thirteenth was unpredictably, surprisingly - _worryingly??_ - excellent.
ALL of them were highly, highly amusing! Overall, excellent work mate! - _can’t wait to see more from you ! ! !_
Fantastic!
Your 10th and 14th are spot on!
I loooooove your Hartnell.
Edit: That "Caves of Androzani" segment was a solid 1963/10.
Bravo, sir! All of these impressions sounded pretty much exactly like each of the Doctor's they were meant to sound like, with a spot on John Hurt impression! I guess if you're looking for any kind of improvement it would be with the Colin Baker and Matt Smith versions just to try to get there cadence and inflections a little crisper, but that is more nitpicking since they both sounded fantastic!
that 12 was amazing!
Oh, My God. This was, most impressive!
