I saw the video last night where you explained about the past videos and the hardship you both went through with your father. I am so sorry for your loss. He is at peace and around you all the time. Ignore the ignorant people who speak about you gaining weight, some people were just born miserable. You are both beautiful and your father was very proud of you both as is your mother. Take the time to mourn your loss. You are both professional and lovely ladies, thank you for your content, it has helped numerous people. Bless you both.

Ok this is complete insanity but it actually worked. I had no egg whites but I had egg beaters. I mixed it with some store brand Parmesan made a few balls and put them in my air fryer doing something I do to roast pecans ( put in a small loaf pan and hit preheat) one minute before preheating is done I will take out my pecans and they are nicely toasted. I did the same with my balls (ouch 😂😂) my Parmesan balls that is and they are crunchy and delicious. Go figure!! No seasoning at all just cheese and egg beaters. And no mess with oil

I used to make an appetizer all the time called olive cheese puffs. It was a cheese and flour dough wrapped around a single black olive and bake it (orig recipe called for green but I don't like those). So i just tried these last night two ways, but Both with the cheap parm. I did a traditional, like yall, & also... (drum roll....) a *Sweet Version! 😋
Once it was out of the oil, i had a plate ready with swurve brown sugar & cinnamon to roll them around in; & then i made a batch rolling then around in swurve powdered sugar. ( thinking of the donut holes i use to get).
The cinnamon sugar type was 10X better! (The ones in plain powdered sugar were eh, ok, but not fantastic like the cinnamon kind).
Just thought you'd like to try it next time. ❤️ love your channel

    Hi Keto Twinzies!👯
I saw your video today and I IMMEDIATELY ran into the kitchen to recreate what you made.
We had Trader Joe’s parmesan ( grated cheese) that I used…no jalapeños in house but hey we had banana peppers!
I know we have Old Bay Seasoning ( but I couldn’t find it) but I found the Creole Seasoning ( so I used that) and I also added freeze dried chives and some pepper.
I must say they were ABSOLUTELY Amazing ( and crispy in the outside and gooey on the inside)….I only cooked 2 balls ( spheres😜) and put rest in fridge and will cook a couple at a time each day.
SUPER Yummy and ohhh so satisfying!
Thank you Keto Twinzies 👯for ALWAYS introducing us to recipes that keep us keto and low carb!!!!🇺🇸👍

My fave combo is Italian sausage broccoli and feta.

There is cellulose in the cheaper grated cheese (wood byproducts) which I imagine is making them crunchier

    ParmaPups :-)
The cheaper Parm has that wood pulp filler mmmmm ..
    no wonder it's harder lol
Thanks for the idea. I wonder if it matters if I use a whole egg?? If I did a mix in, I think i would just stir in any ground meat and make it like a sausage ball. I love parm

I'm so going to make these! Have you ever used cheese powder? I totally like it for cheese sauce, but have never used it for anything else.

Pizza balls with minced pepperoni and some Italian seasoning dipped in marinara would be yummy.

I love how often you two make me laugh. "I don't know why I can't say balls with a straight face" 😅. Such a fun channel.

I love you guys! You are awesome. Just wondering if you've ever tried the skinny noodles. Absolutely adore them and they're so much better quality than just about anything else on the market for that type of product. Also I am totally going to try those parmesan balls lol. Spheres for Christmas with my kids. They will absolutely love them and I think my husband may actually like them too. You guys are awesome! Thanks for taking times out of your day to help all of us have a better quality of life

I've been making a low carb version of Nadiya Hussain's egg wrap and was hoping you'd give it a try. It is one of those recipes that has endless possibilities

Maybe we could mix cauliflower rice with the cheese and egg to make it lower calorie. Kind of an arancini vibe!
