I’m also a fellow musician and I just love how big this industry is even tho we’re different genres I still love seeing everyone who works as hard as each other
look at you go, raising the bar once again!! I've been struggling with recording my first single and this video (and all of your videos tbh) have been so helpful! also a bonus to get to hear what you're working on, I'm a big fan 💫
dude you're by far the best channel for anything Garageband!!! I am a singer songwriter and everything I know about garage band is because of you! much Appreciation bro! and this record is Phenominal! wish we could collaborate!!
Not gonna lie. Everytime I watch your videos. I get heavily inspired as a artist myself. 🔥 Love seeing the behind the scenes action. 👍 Excited to hear the album! Is there a release date yet?
bruhhh this song sounds so amazing, i love the jazzy swingy vibes it has! And thanks for showing the process, you're channel is definitely helping me learn a lot!
I’m so grateful for this video cause the music is never the problem it’s always what should I do first and how to add bgv’s also to keep a smooth thing going
Heyo bro, I keep telling my friend to come to your YT channel for like a year now if he wants to get better at HIS music while I work on my producing and gaining equipment. You have always been my #1 GO-TO for tutorials and examples to look up to, if you didn't know already 💯 Jaguar to Lxgend
every week you bring in stacks to very useful tips, thanks bro! see you next week! Just a week ago you only had the beat and the gist of the song, now its a full track!! bravo dude!
Hey LXGEND, this video is the future present. Your sharing your process in a way that we are learning in 4-5 ways simultaneously. 1 Audio-visual. 2. Emotional. 3 Language-Mirroring. 4. Tactile/Physical (Tapping to beat). 5. Integrative Process through step by step modeling. Get ready Bro, the music is a vehicle for your World Class Teaching!!
Lately I’ve been tapping into my musical ability, and there’s something inspiring about seeing a fellow young black man do what I do. Keep shining, king 🔥🔥
If I take a 12 sec sample from Landr and drag the sample to extend it how do I prevent that tick ever time the sample starts over? (I’m working in GarageBand) The metronome isn’t on either.
Your mix is always dope! I have been a subscriber for awhile now. I was wondering if you use an outboard compressor or your mic is hooked up directly to the audio interface? Thank you in advance.
This is going to sound a little stupid maybe but do you know what a relief it is to see you reading the lyrics? I always felt if they're not memorised it was cheating!
If you want to reduce bass in your vocal in fl and when eq select high pass filter and then sweep it down to the right. And you pan on mixer using those nobs u see under each channel rack. (Wish I can explain more than this)
New to your channel. Solid information here! This may have already been addressed in a previous video, but do you always complete and import your project before adding vocals?
I have a question - Billie Eilish recorded a dental drill and used it for one of her songs. Is this called dubbing or sampling when recording a sound to mix in a song?
I have no idea what a dental drill is. Dubbing is short for doubling. When you record a vocal the same exact way more than once. Sampling is when you take a section or piece of one song and use that in a new song. Those are entirely different things.
@@IAMLXGEND It would be recording a sound for a song, like a beep from the microwave or a knock on the door or noise of the cross walk sounds. Merriam-Websterr dictionary says dub is ": to make a new recording of (sound or videotape already recorded) also : to mix (recorded sound or videotape from different sources) into a single recording". I'm just having a discussion with someone who is telling me that it's sampling and I always heard it was dubbing when you are adding sounds to music.
I was today years old when I realized I forgot to color grade the second half of video. Lol.
😂
Lxgend coming in hot!!🔥🔥🔥
Hhaha thank you

would LOVE a run through of your vocal pluggins that you use!
Search “iamlxgend plugins”
As someone who is not musically able, seeing you in the zone made me want to give it a try
Hey, its always worth a try
love this
This is going to sound a little stupid maybe but do you know what a relief it is to see you reading the lyrics? I always felt if they're not memorised it was cheating!
Nah lol this is me in literally every studio session as I'm often writing the song as I'm recording it.
I love this song
Thank you
this song fire!!
Thanks!!
How can I pan my vocals using FL studio?
And how can I reduce the bass in my vocals using FL studio?
Your help will be very highly appreciated!
I don’t use FL Studio so idk. Wherever the pan knob is just pan it. And wherever the EQ is, just put it on a track and take out the bass.
If you want to reduce bass in your vocal in fl and when eq select high pass filter and then sweep it down to the right. And you pan on mixer using those nobs u see under each channel rack. (Wish I can explain more than this)
Man this was fire
Shii slapp 🔥🔥🤫
love dis
Fire bro, love it
Good job man you're really good 😗👍
yea man. we need more of this!
New to your channel. Solid information here! This may have already been addressed in a previous video, but do you always complete and import your project before adding vocals?

You make it look so simple,😂thnx bro, are an inspiration to me

Dope bro keep doing what you do ... my question is do you always record in compression vocals even if it’s r@b or rap
I don't record in compression, but I always add it after, yes.
i see that youre sitting down, do you feel there is an actual difference between singing while sitting or standing up?
When are you droppin this joint? 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Very soon. Probably within a week.
IAMLXGEND Man I can’t wait! I’m a music producer myself. Working on my wife’s project now!! Keep up the good work.
So this was when you was recording the song angels and devils 🔥
Hey there...thanks 4 all being so giving!!!

Nice bro
Question do you provide mixing services?
Yes. $100-300 per song, depending.
This sounds fire, do you provide a service to mix and master tracks? That something I have trouble with. And if so how much would that cost me?
Yes. $100-300 per song depending on how many stems are in the project.
I'm going to have you ft in my next song bruh yo skills
So long as the vibe is there
