Love your tutorials! I'm really curious about the "it's mixed well so you don't hear it (but you do hear it)" like i totally get what you mean but I have no idea how you would go about mixing it well like that so that it blends that much.
That sort of thing comes with time and practice. It’s a learned skill. You just hear so many songs and their mixes and start to realize there are things you have too loud that should be turned down... not taken out but turned down. Just enough to where if it’s gone, you notice it, but you can’t really hear it in the mix.

hi great vid remkind me so much like my setup, ppl also do stacking in rap maybe 2 stacks and then harmony the in and out, or the the word that rhyme only experiment.
Do you recommend panning and stacking for every single vocal part? (like the verses, pre-chorus, and chorus etc) or just for the pre-chorus and hook? I'm confused on how many times I should stack the lead VX for verses if at all. Thank you for another helpful video!!
Paris Aryanna I’ve leaned that it’s really up to the creator when making the music. For me personally I always stack harmonies but I only stack the main melody if I want a fuller sound.
Stacking every vocal is entirely too much. Doesn’t give any dynamics to the song. If everything sounds chorus-ey and full then it gets boring. J-Rain explained it best. It’s entirely up to you however I always stack harmonies. And 85% of the time stack the chorus even if it’s a single note. On I assign I will also stack parts of the verse I want emphasis on, as explained in the video.

When you stack the vocal do you have to record each one separately or can you just duplicate the first track multiple times. and to get a slight difference in sound just clip a tiny piece off the beginning of each track to stagger them slightly ?
No. Duplicating does nothing. You have to record each individually. The tiny difference is not going to from cutting a part of the audio.... it’s in the slight differences in tone in your voice. Staggering doesn’t work either: there are no unique dynamics to duplicating a vocal. You’re just copying the same exact thing over and over.
@@IAMLXGEND I can see your point. the variations would not be there in the duplications. its a very good trick for shure. thanks for sharing. there must be a whole range of tricks and wizardry the pro producers are using. the down side is that many singers will get nowhere near that studio sound live on stage.
Yo have you had any issues where when you get to a higher note or your voice becomes louder, it starts to sound like it’s kind of muffled (that’s not the exact word to describe it but it’s the closest I can think of) it sort of sounds like my voice hits it’s peak or I’m pushing the limit of my mic and it’s trying to adjust when I hit high notes....do you know anything about it or have any advice?
It’s distorting the audio because the audio is peaking. Too loud. It’s not trying to adjust. You’re just singing too loud and/or too close.you need to have better control and adjust the input gain accordingly.

Ghost of my House🔥 what’s the plugin on your vocals.
A lot lol. Basically all the ones in my plugin videos.
IAMLXGEND bet it’s very clean
Awesome Mr. Legend ☝🏾🎤🔥🔥🔥
Thank you Israel!
Dude this is such a good video
