Looks like it'll be an exciting project! The examples you have are really inspiring, especially 8 through 10. I haven't done a lot of heavy kitbashing with ancients, so I'm really interested to se how you get on with it.
A great project to embark upon. You're much more ambitious than me with the kit bashing and the "green stuff" sculpting. I have almost all of those kits already, but no metals or Numidian infantry; I'll be interested to see how it all works out
Gripping Beast Carthaginian figures are rather small. I can suggest Lancer Miniatures and their small Samnite range - its a quality set of figures with pectorals about the same height as Victrix. You can see my size compare pic posted on LAF under Latin Tribes.
I have just made a few orders of Carthaginian minis from Agmea and some kitbashing from leftover plastic Victrix and other manufacturers
I have nicked your idea and will use it on my next painting job

@@jvcpaints I think you'll like the results. 😄

@busydad_painting thanks. It's going to be a fun challenge!

@@ChicagoTerrainFactory I'll take a look. I didn't find the GB Punics to be small. Similar size to Victrix.
@@ChicagoTerrainFactory Took a look at your summary on LAF. That Gripping Beast figure you show is way smaller than the GB Punics I bought !
