I live 2 blocks from this school and it's true the traffic is insane. It's never been like this. And the new high school adds to the traffic. Miles of traffic. When it snows forget about it. Gonna be worse!
When i went to PAHS, I lived 2 Miles away, on Lewis and High. It was a 45 Minute walk at a quick clip. The new School brings the distance further. There needs to be Transportation by Busing for some of the Kids that are a distance. Psychologically, Freshmen arw still 8th Graders. Yes on paper Freshmen are 14 and in Highschool, but theyre not there yet,. It would be not a good idea to let a Freshmen 3 or more milea. Too much can happen.
