I am 52 years old and I don't understand. Why can't people just act like two adults and be themselves? I mean why can't they just become friends based off common interests like music, movies, books, etc? Why is there a need to play these childish and pointless mind games? Both parties should put all their cards on the table and see if there is material that interests each. Maybe this is why I am single, but I've always approached dating from the standpoint of building a durable friendship first and foremost instead of all this kowtowing that you describe in the video. I admit that because I get attached way too quickly and easily…and that is because I do fear the other person leaving…and it also has to do with me being on the autism spectrum…I’ve had a lot of those instances where I’ve tried too hard because of this and I ended up pushing people away…now I’m hesitant to let myself get close to someone…

This just in...warmth has joined the sun in Vancouver, Canada! We may now enjoy an intermittently sunny, cloudy, and rainy spring and summer that will last until precisely Sept 3 or the first day back to school. As a cripplingly shy kid, I had severe anxiety going back to school. I abhor gold diggers; that turned me off immediately. They need something from me to give her satisfy needs without real love. Today, love is purely superficial. Where were you when I was growing up and needed wise counsel? We’ve all been so let down by parenting and schooling on the things that really matter in life. May be too late for me, still good to hear. Much more socially acceptable even endearing for women to be needy with men, the other way round is a passion killer. I were needy with women a lot before. The main mistakes I made was that I text them more without they themselves texting me first. It's all almost 90% of the times I text them first and maybe that's a mistake because that was needy in some way although they responded right away or sometime later. I didn't respected people boundaries sometimes and that's an another mistake. All these happened because when I talk with women something would happen to my brain and it makes me needy and wanted more and I don't know why. Now, I respect boundaries and set boundaries for myself as well, and now I don't text women a lot and something has changed and there is progression but still lot to improve.
You always provide new information even when you talk about the same topic which you talked before. I'm much benefited from your videos. Just feedback here on the situation. I think the needy part comes within a man when he lacks self love, self respect and self gratitude. From observations here, I recommend that all men that feel needy or insecure should practice self love and gratitude and they will become a confident, free standing and self loving person. Women find this irresistible in a man because they see the bold confidence shining through but also the genuine compassion and love for himself and others. Just be your best and remember self love and gratitude, everything else will click into place. So, this is auch an interesting topic. I believe I i have definitely crosswd rhe line into neediness more than once. In one long term relationship we were both needy and that rurned into the codependant relationship from hell. There were very few boundaries, respect went out the window, and attraction was gone. No matter what we tried nothing could fix it. Finally I made the decision to end it. The thing is, it did not start that way. The problem was that once one of those negative aspects you mentioned was allowed to grow and dominate the relationship, it led to others. That is why negative behaviors need to be nipped in the butt immediately. I have had women tell me in the past, "this is who I am, you have to accept me like this.". That is a giant red flag. Time to run.

For all folks here. All human beings have emotional challenges, learning and trying to resolve them is the karmic baggage. Points in the video are absolutely right and good no doubt. Though, the core issue is 99% of women in this world have become super self centered, deluded, and disconnected from their core of true feminine energy. "I want a positive connection", "I want a strong man", "I want to feel excited all the time", "entertain me with awesome story telling conversation give me humorous banter", "spoil me", "love me", "be a man of strength".. its all about what women want. Masculine energy is about pursuing and acquiring, and feminine energy is about giving and nuturing. There is zero self reflection and self accoutability and responsibility in modern women forget understanding and generosity and selflessness.. most definitely there for their child in most cases.. but for their partner.. oh no.. he is there to provide.. and he needs to be emotionally super cool while i can be a drama queen.. so i can enjoy and rely on his energy.. and keep whirling in my mind with all fantasy based and hypergamous tendencies.. we dont need men.. we all know what men want and how to please them.. but who the hell has any intention for that.. what? Its that simple and it takes only 30 minutes a day.. but guess what we are not givers ..we need to be in the mood.. lets build a whole womens movement around how victimized we are.. lets just get for ourselves everything we can.. and keep manipulating and conning the men.. they are all dumb after all.. and we are geniuses in getting our way. So to all men in the comments -- be men -- relationship and attachment are women's needs while we know what men want which is peace and pleasure -- be kind be generous and give when its earned and deserved but dont encourage any selfish attitudes including this rosy drama of how to build a positive connection.. you dont owe anyone anything.. focus on healing your own self and being postive and self contained.. she behaves well she gets everything.. if she doesnt she gets nothing and that means nothing including no connection and communication.. she wants to cry crib leave.. no issue ..its god man woman then child.. man provides.. woman serves.. so stop chasing pleasing and simping.. but give love, care when she is sincere. Although I think the majority of women want a strong and confident man who takes the lead, there are also a sizable percentage of women who don't actually need this. Speaking from my own experience, when I was very much younger than today I was very quiet and boyish looking well into my twenties. Very much not a macho go getter, although not a wet wimp either, just a smiley happy sort who just got on with stuff. I had many occasions when I had to literally fight off certain women, who were always of a strong and confident type, who seemed to find my quiet personality attractive. One particular young woman, who I had a bit of a run with explained to me that my quiet 'innocence' was what floated her boat so to speak. She was actually repulsed by the big loud commando type, who, on account of her being very attractive herself, she was tired of having to deal with and fend off. She saw right through them. This didn't mean that I was being used, we just had a good time together where I didn't have to keep proving myself. We had a relaxed and fun time while it lasted. Very much a relationship based on equality and genuine like of each others real selves. Although yes being a wimp is very unattractive in anyone, man or woman, it is very tiring for men to have to keep posturing and proving themselves. Individual character is what is attractive, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And everyone has something different to offer. The problem comes when people try to be something that they are not, if you are authentic and relaxed then the right person will come to you. Don't try to live a lie.

Who was needy ,, they were ,,forever needy . In fact I just did not have the free time with work career , education , exams homework assignments to give the constant attention that the needy need . Later in life ,,remembering how I felt back then ,,, I had accidentally learned how not behave ,,like a needy early 20 year old girl , which worked in my favour.

I want to make you aware of the fact that in the recent uploads the audio has changed to have increased amplitude in higher audio frequencies, which makes it uncomfortable to listen to ( a lot of sharp "sss"-sounds for example ). Something in your setup has changed I guess and maybe you didn't really notice this yet. Thank you for all your work.

@YourWingmam I don't know, at age 40 it seems like it's all fake. Oh dont message to soon or it will show neediness or desperation, make it exciting and not boring and so on. Meeting women on internet is such bs. Feeling like crap because feeling like women have others guys and makes it all competitive with other potentionals, stressing over every word. Seriously singleness is becoming the norm in society. I'm a great guy in person I ain't good at starting texting conversations or making sure the perception does not come off as needy.

Lots of good info! I make sure I explain upfront what is a priority/important to me and not misrepresent myself. That should explain my needs. It should also make clear that I am not needy for women that are not a fit!

Don’t say I love you too much. It sounds like a habit. I used to say it every time I would leave or she would leave because I wanted to be the last thing she would hear from me and not an argument or something unhappy in case something happened to one of us and we died. That stems from a friend of mine who his wife was going in the hospital she was being taken out of the ambulance and she said kiss me and he said I’ll kiss you in the emergency room. He turned and walked into the paperwork. She died while he was doing the paperwork.

Was always supportive, kind, considerate, caring, humble yet strong had a good sense of humor, a great father, a great hard worker and provider, would never cheat, etc.etc. etc. She elected to divorce me after 18 years. Took a couple years off dating only a little. Met a beautiful woman and fell in love. Same as above. She ended it after six and half years. Threw me out like I was garbage. Did it in the most hurtful way and worst time possible almost like she planned to cause me as much pain as she could. What I learned is no woman can ever love a man at least nowhere close to how a man can love a woman. And a women will dump a good loving man in a heart beat with no remorse. Anyway, no thank you. I’m out. Please stop telling men how hard they have to work to get a woman.

Young women are even more sheltered and have no idea how to express the difference between 'being nice' and 'showing interest'. Total underestimation of the words "if you can trust your partner". If you could, you could express your needs, including that you need your partner's reassurance to be able to be happy, without them silently(!) losing attraction, because they would openly tell you when you went to far. Your advice only works if you falsely think you could trust your partner, but actually can't, and therefore censor yourself and deny your needs.
And no, there is no difference between having needs and being needy, except for your gender, and it definitely doesn't come from inner happiness. That's cope.

The thing is that neediness is tolerated so much more for women, women are typically allowed to be needy way way more than men, aka, they're allowed to be human and show their volnurabilities while we aren't.
This sucks. This is the reason why suicide rates in men are much higher. Because we have to always balance our emotions with masculinity while with women it's all about their emotions.
Also, what you said about parent mode :
Masculine men are always in parent mode, because what's a needy guy for women, that's a regular woman for men.
Another thing about needyness :
People tend to see others as needy usually when they can't return what's given to them.

I watched a JBP talk, about paradise and the snake, and adventure being kind of like not being able to not touch the snake. And it reminded me: nice guys are like the paradise; but women are interested in the snake. They want the adventure that is in the surroundings. It makes no sense from my summary, but what i got from my analysis from JBP, he says trust between humans is what is paradise, and the nice guys are fully trustworthy. This means, considering women don't want the nice guy, they want deception. They want a man that deceives. They want the snake; not the paradise. The last being the nice guy, who is fully trustworth; but boring. But the first therefore being the man who is *not* trustworthy. Aka the bad boy is somebody who is untrustworthy...and the women love it. They are programmed to go for the snake in paradise! We're screwed!
