Recently I've come to notice that watching too many of these types of videos is a really unhealthy place to start from and can lead to an overwhelming feeling followed by stagnation or "fuck it" mentality.
It makes it sounds as if there's a thousand things a man must achieve before a woman will accept his approach when in reality men need to do very little....... just take care of yourself for yourself. All this "you must do this and you should say that" is a very unhealthy place to start from.

IMO working on the best version of me is more important than looking to be high value...you just become that by default :) Also as a relationship becomes serious....unconditional love should take over for both parties. If so I would say, that a man must first lead himself. And if he succeeds in leading himself, he can lead the others like his partner. But…. we men are also human beings and sometimes we get lost. Even true leaders like Mandela, Gandhi, and George Washington used to get lost. A man can strive to leadership, but when he gets lost, he should forgive himself and say to himself: let’s try again. And his high value lady should also forgive him if he once or twice is not decisive, is not strong, is not congruent and is not looses his integrity. I recently heard something that one woman who is emotionally unhealthy managed to get a boyfriend and got engaged to him and probably you may say that he got attracted to that woman because he is most likely a "low value man" but I don't know about that, but I do know that she is narcissistic and very unhealthy mentally and emotionally. You look very good Anna as always.
Either he *feels* like a low-value man (regardless of outward appearances) OR she's manipulating him well enough for him to feel like there's hope or that his love can save/fix/please/appease her.

I can agree with your "Men's Needs" I have a female co-worker that shows me a lot of appreciation. I was put in charge of training her for a new job and made sure I went at her speed and helped her out to the best of my ability. I even went a little above and beyond because she said she learned best by having a list so I took time to write up and print out a list of work details just for her. She was very appreciative and that is really what won me over about her personality
I took the chance and asked her if I could invite her out to a dinner date sometime. Bad luck struck as she was nice but said no thank you. I at least left the situation feeling good I had planted the seed that I have interest. I made a special point to always be just as nice and helpful as I was before I asked her out. I think she really took notice that I didn't change how I treated her. It's the best way I can think of to show I respect her as a person and that I wasn't just trying to "get with her" after work. Hope she comes around, she's a super sweet gal. 🙂

As forvyour section of what a man needs, I get the first two. The third... well, I am still single. I'm still keeping my eye out for ladies who are interested in me other than being an option or showing some interest, then ghosting me.
As for what a woman needs, I feel that I can show all of the 5 qualities....but I had a question on strength.
Even though one needs strength to accomplish things, what if one goes to accomplish something, but finds out that it is way over his head. Would it still be Strength to stop, back up a bit and admit that he is unable to do what wanted to accomplish or learned.
Great question! Part of it depends on the woman, part on the man. Did he bite off more than he could chew? A good woman understands every man has limits and limitations. But if he gives up because of laziness before he's tested his limits, that's not going to be nearly as attractive. (Unless the task was irresponsible to the relationship, like quitting a job without savings to follow a dream of being a rockstar lol)

I was thinking of myself and my adventures of learning tango dancing. Too many times, the instructors in Intermidiate class attempt to teach everyone there, attending certain dance moves that, well, I am unable to do due to my coordination limits and dancing skills mechanics. I try them a few times, and when I fumble around and either constantly lose my balance or not be able to do the steps, I stop and say that I am not going to do them. My feet get tangled up, or I am not able to move fast enough. The ladies ( and a few guys) try to help me, but the coordination is not there. I would rather stop or not do them them be frustrated about me, unable to do it while everyone else can.... sorta.

Now, I’ve never been stabbed in the back by a woman-so I guess all my gfs have been high value-but I guess a large number of men are. Women are even starting to divorce the "good guy." As a high quality man myself, over the years I met some awesome, high quality women in my life. Never, not once, one of these women was single/available. It’s challenging to date in a ‘modern’ dating (almost hostile) climate when one is traditional with standards.
My circle of friends and I are not on date sites, do not have social media (or use it sparingly), and don’t go to bars/clubs often.
I think demographics can make it challenging as well as I live in the most married state, or those living in college towns, rural areas, etc.
With that said, I think it’s important to continue living your best life single…and enjoy activities/events such as; intellectual conference/seminars, farmer’s markets, outdoor concerts/festivals, wine tasting/wineries, golf, hiking group, dog park, church…as maybe you’ll connect with someone who has a similar paradigm. 🩶

I believe you're well-intended and certainly some men may achieve success with your advice, but I fail to see how being a high-value male or female is a longterm solution to the current dating crisis across the broader society.I mean,by it's very definition, "high-value" means being in demand because of scarcity.And yet the moment these people are no longer scarce the logic of the dating market holds that demand will fall for high-value people precisely because everyone has access to them.
If the counter-argument is that most folks will never conceivably become high-value then we're back to square one regarding the mass despair and repudiation of relationships.

Great question! 1. Intention. A man who is willing to try to protect her is more attractive to women than a man who can but won't. Of course, there will be men who can and will that can kick another man's butt. What can the physically weaker man do? (Watch my how to make her feel safe video again and...) 1. Try to protect her from dangerous places, people, and situations by avoiding them. 2. If possible, take a martial arts and/or self-defence class. 3. If a man is physically unable (wheelchair, disability) focus on other ways to make her feel safe (emotionally, sexually, financially, etc.). I know a woman who was married to a man who was 6'4". A good man, but submissive. Years after he passed she met a man who is 5'6".
