Hi Mark looks like a handy tool, but I've always used a multi meter to test for charging, cranking voltage and battery voltage to check if a cell has gone in the battery.
The battery in that ka turned the engine over no problem , i think it has plenty of life left in it yet despite what the battery tester was showing.
Topdon, I only here great things about them!! Topmarks for everything it does and if you use them all the time they also cater for you to!!!!
i would like to see you use the topdon machine that costs about 300 Australian. compare the results between the two machine of the same brand

Will this work on a 2v battery cell used on fork trucks?
Do you have to disconnect the battery from the car to do the BATTERY TEST?

Can you use this tester to test mobility scooter batteries, and if yes what would the settings be on the tester
i would say so. you would just have to check on top of the battery for type, you should be able to check battery health etc.
