i love this battery pack, it is very well rounded.
Only downside is, it uses LIGHTNING connection
I have 3 packs in my household.
I love the smart charge feature, holding charge when the phone gets too hot.
I think Apple just made that battery pack to go with the iPhone mini the size of the battery pack was just perfect to go with the mini and since Apple remove the iPhone mini from its line up I don’t think they will release a new battery pack cause they don’t want people thinking that the new iPhones batteries are weak and you need a pack to go along with them (the mini did kinda need the pack since it had not that good of battery life)
I would love if they made a USB-C version. I use mine all the time. Especially when I’m at work cause the battery dips a bit when I’m off data and still use WiFi in the store.
Also another thing for them to add is more power to it. I actually have three of these and rotate between the three. Use two while at work and the other after work when I’m not near my car to charge my iPhone 📲🪫🔋
I bought three cause one doesn’t due the job in charging a full battery 🪫🔋and two does the work, but by the time I need to truly use it after work, I need the third one before I can get to an outlet to charge the iPhone again.
I love this handy accessory. Apple, please bring it back!
I love this pack so much I bought 2. But since Apple stopped updates on it the pack has been glitching out. Sometimes shows charging just find out it wasn’t charging. But when it’s working it charges pretty fast.
It works 50% of the time all the time. 😅

I heard Apple would launch a new version with a stacked battery, and I understand that it is in the new iPhone, so gen-2 will likely arrive in the Fall.
I had three which I alternated on my two iPhones, and they were getting worn as I use them 24/7 as a battery extender rather than for charging. They would get 5-6h SOT early on, but below 4h now. So when I heard they were being discontinued, I bought two off eBay (careful as there are a lot of fakes). Using them as extenders means my iPhone 13PM remains at 100% health after 2y8m!

Do you gaming on your Ip13 pm? As it’s incredibly hard to maintain 100% battery life even after 2y of use!
@@Jeremy-lh1lc No, I do not game on the phone. I find it a miserable experience. I prefer a console or tablet. That obviously helps, as gaming will drain your battery cycles and cause a rapid loss of daily SOT.
Only hate it cause the price, couldn’t justify it with so many other options out at the time and now
4:00 Just in case you (or anyone reading this) is unaware, your iPhone will reverse wireless charge the MagSafe battery pack once the phone is at 100%. So you don’t necessarily need the lightning cable with your newer iPhone.

I had this for 2 years and it’s a must have. I carry it with me all the time. I got it for $75 at Verizon. It’s came in handy so many times
I can agree that the design on this MagSafe battery pack is perfect. And I think it came out with the iPhone 12 because I remember using this on my 12 pro max, but maybe I got it a year late. But it did play with the 12 pro max, but my 14 pro max is a hard no for me. I carry it when I just don’t want to carry a charger. Like when I go to work. And I don’t put it on my iPhone when it’s charged already. I put it on my iPhone when it’s about to die. And maybe that’s using it wrong. But I have a MagSafe wallet and I’m not leaving my wallet loose in my pocket all day. I need find my to alert me when it pops off. Now, if Apple comes out with another one and I can snap my MagSafe wallet to that. Sign me up. But I am absolutely disappointed in this MagSafe battery pack. It cannot charge my iPhone to full capacity when dead. It’s only affectively charging it when the battery is below 20% when you’re not using the iPhone. And it never charges passed 20% for me. So, it’s an emergency case basis for me. I am very disappointed in this product. It worked better on my 12 Pro Max, but on my 14 Pro Max it did not improve. It’s worse. I am strongly thinking of getting an Anker one, but I’ll just ride this out until it’s no more. Maybe Apple will try again. But I wouldn’t hold my breath.
Is there any good alternatives for this? Since you can’t buy the Apple one anywhere.
I currently own several of the apples MagSafe battery packs as well as some by Anker & ESR. I love using them all, as each works in its own way. As long as I have battery power for my iPhone 16 Pro Max, I’m good.
I've had mine since it released and I've enjoyed it, but I do feel like the battery quality has gotten worse on it. By the time the pack hits 30 percent, it gets extremely hot. For how long I've had it in quite happy with it. Wish apple would hurry up and release a usb c version
I really like that product as well. But it was too much for me on the 14 pro max for every day but for days where I knew I will need extra juice. My girlfriends iPhone mini with the battery pack was ideal, also ergonomically. I maybe get the 16 pro … and if so, then I will use it everyday. Best would be a new one, slightly flatter but wider (there’s no mini iPhone now, so they can make it fitting for the edges of the pro instead ne mini).
