Zenith need to re-release this as a full production model. Probably one of the best looking chronographs I've ever seen.

I bought the 200 piece limited edition Poker Chip 38mm. Didnt think it would look good on my 17.5 cm wrist, but fits like a gem. Its my favorite watch so far.

Just got my first Zenith Chronomaster Original 1969 less than a mouth ago. Definitely growing on me. Loving it more & more! Like you said, it goes everywhere.

I have the same model since almost 2 years. I love its monochromatic look which makes it extremely versatile and a real strap monster. I also like to wear it on the original Zenith bracelet. Overall a great watch and with its limitation to only 50 pcs, its very unlikely to see another one in the wild. 😊

What do you think of the lugs profile? I hate how pointy the lugs feel + the lugs float a few mm above my wrist instead of perfectly dropping themselves around. I'm on the market for a nice chronograph and maybe we'll see each others soon in your boutique.

0:21 Huge correction,Seiko introdouced the first ever automatic chronograph 2 months before Zenith,everyone knowns that.
I really think that Zenith should name their auto chrono the “El segundo”.

Basically - yes!
Can’t believe that movement is non hacking. Is that true of all El Primero movements? I heard wearability of older cases weren’t greatest. I’m guess that’s improved with these newer ones.
The newer El Primero movements are hacking. Although the new 38mm has a slimmer profile, it has longer lug to lug so for me I still like the shorter lug to lug of the older Chronomaster case. Great points though
The newer release is hacking, case shape more true to the original A386. But it’s less wearable, similar lug to lug but its shape causes huge gaps on smaller wrists.
I have an A385 Revival which is more of a vintage reissue, definitely non hacking. It’s a non issue. It’s not difficult to sync up the seconds hand when starting it up. Set it and forget it kind of watch. It’s a chronograph, the running seconds hand simply isn’t particularly important.
