@ozicryptoG Oh come on, it’s not like CW are a nefarious player pulling dark strings in the background. Andrew’s been invited to collaborate on a watch and he’s mentioned it a couple of times on his channel to advertise that. Probably because thumbs up and subscriptions on their own don’t generate enough to fuel his private jet. Don’t disregard that he’s been making positive noises about CW - and plenty of others - for a long time. He’s always been a Bel Canto and The Twelve fan. So am I.
@ozicryptoGbecause the top gear guys don't clearly have favourites that they go on about without losing objectivity when driving and reviewing anything put in front of them. I didn't like his own piece unique, the beak and puke coloured chime mark really didn't do it. I feel he told them what he wanted from swatches without any appreciation of how it would realise in that metal. This snacks of his follow up album to blow us out the water. Yes he's been pushing it a bit, like any RUclipsr he has alright to earn some money from the content you don't pay him for. No different from an affiliate link. And it doesn't make his content worse. far from it, the bigger profile he has, the more watches might get thrown his way. He would be a great ambassador for British watchmaking and brands. Is Christopher Ward at risk of cheapening the brand... perhaps. Not because of this collaboration, it's the best of all the ones I've seen and I prefer it to CW's own London watch show limited piece which was throwing too many things at it. But because I think we have reached peak special editions. It's not an investment, of course it's not, even if they only make 30 of them. But there's also something satisfying about paying a bit more to have something few people have, that's your own personal identity in a watch or any item that you enjoy. I think CW should really swallow some negative publicity and release the blue and green again. The blue, green and this red should all be regular bold colours, with the paler ones for the more subtle look. A bit like the Omega aquaterra. Still great watches despite all the colours and releases... and still 25% overpriced.
Pleasantly surprised you mentioned Chinese watches..as some far eastern specials such as San Martin, Seagul and Chronos amongst others can easily match most swiss brands for a fraction of the price
I thought it was a manifesto to appeal to network administrators - "Resist NAT"... It was hilarious, but they seem to have moved away from it in the more recent batches of The Asbestos Dial.
The Red One is a stunner, and kudos to you for not going the usual "recolour a dive watch bezel" route of so many collaborations. Sure, it's basically a recoloured dial but at least the base watch was interesting to begin with.

Sometimes I think “I won’t watch this video till the end, you know just because” and then every time the intro mentions something that will happen at the end and just like that I’m committed, full send to the end. It happens every time……
Congrats on The Red One ... that's awesome! It's been fun watching from the sidelines over the past few years as you forged your own path and became successful doing something you clearly love. Your high viewership is a success within itself, but being approached by CW to collab on your own take of a pretty significant watch, is an acknowledgement that you've achieved a step up in respect within the industry. You'll have to do some videos about what the view is like from inside and let us know if there is a secret handshake. Congrats and keep at it!
Got to be honest, after watching your video on D. Dornblüth & Sohn a few years back I reckon that's the watch that has to be the biggest bargain around. Sadly too expensive for me still. But it's good to have goals right? Great video as usual!
As long as it does not have a governor it’s not a chime watch. Bell Canto pretty much introduced a a hack to at least have it make a sound once an hour.
@theshadowman1398 Technically yes, but show another watch that does the same for reasonable price. I would say the best would be a JLC Memovox with the alarm function.
"But it DOES go round and doesn't unscrew itself along the way." LOL, Andrew! You've brought more smiles to my face than a barrel full of clams. "Brushing your tooth and throwing your poo out the window." "Kids have always been assholes." You're killing me, Mate!
I have a 1952 Hamilton 992B. I got it a couple of years ago after Andrew waxed poetic about his. I even found a matching dial crystal that I replaced the caseback with so it has a display back to see the gorgeous movement. It sits on my desk on a stand beside my computer, merrily ticking away at about -1min/month, which is not quite as good as its original specs but is within COSC standards. Not bad for a 72 year old timepiece.
@@AndrewMorganWatches Andrew, you actually gave me the idea when you described how you switched the caseback and the crystal on your watch so you could see the movement, and I realized that the caseback and crystal bezel used the same threading and were interchangeable. So, I found a matching bezel with crystal on eBay and voila.
I just got into watch collecting. I've loved watches since I was young but I never had anyone teach me or bring deeper into the world. amzwatch brought closer to a community and hobby I always wanted to get into more and that is incredibly meaningful to me !

I love this kind of videos because I just learned something new - we all know our Rolex, Omega and Tudor versions if one follows the watch industry and we probably also own some of them but personally I am very interested in having something that almost no one knows - having a watch that others will enjoy and make them think 🤔 nice watch……don’t know it, but respect ✊
I can't handle it any longer, intelligent humor, and watch humor all in one package, I find myself stealing some of your phrases and comments and am now passing them off as my own humor, so sue me, keep it up and enjoy yourself, I know we all do.
That red CW Bel Canto is a real beauty there Andrew. I need to sell some watches before I start adding new ones though. I've had one for a year (with perpetual calendar) that I refuse to take off. All my other beauties have just sat there in their boxes, and I take them out and wind them every few months, but that's been it.
still waiting for my Sugess to arrive - had to go with the Chrono Master 438 Deep Blue Dial Power Reserve Indicator (snappy name eh?) because the one you reviewed sold out - but hey, I get a bigger dial and a power reserve indicator thrown in!
Well, not everybody had got the chance to miss the Blue one (BelCanto Azzuro)...If I had, I would have rushed on your Red one (redder than a Brit in Marbella 😂). Well done Andrew!
I like to think that if there's a line, I'm usually way, way over the other side of it. Your Titan submarine content though proves I am but a metre pretender. Hats off Sir 🙌.
For the vintage category on a budget may i suggest a Seiko Weekdater? The 6218-8970 or 6218-8971 specifically. The 'standard' one with a sunburst dial is good looking already, but the linen dial one is simply stunning. It was made from 1963 to 1967, its movement is the predecessor of the one used in the 62GS, the crown is hidden so the (quite slim) 37mm case, similar to that of a vintage Heuer Carerra, is symmetrical, it has a uniquely positioned (spelled in full) day at 6 and a date at 3 o'clock, it's somewhat rare, and a good example will cost you anywhere from 250 to 800$. It's a hidden gem and is in many ways a better watch than what modern Seiko has to offer, the only downside is the 30m of water resistance. I urge you to give it a look.
Great watch - The Red One - Andrew 👏🏻 One just ordered to my collection! Btw, I always liked your YT videos, the way as you describe watches and the models if watltches that you present in your videos. Great job Andrew! Keep it coming, pls 😁👍
My C1 Bel Canto (Viola) finally arrived today! Which does mean I won’t be ordering The Red One, sorry Andrew Finish and bevels look really good. I was a little skeptical for the price. Nice petite box. Love the tool-less strap change. Bracelet looks OK, but quality is a bit underwhelming. It’s really light compared to my other bracelets. Chime is quaint. Not offensive, not overly loud.

I've recently began my obsession as a watch collector. And i must say- out of all the luxury brands I've been researching, for me the AMZWATCH's watches are the most intriguing.
Sometimes I think “I won’t watch this video till the end, you know just because” and then every time the intro mentions something that will happen at the end and just like that I’m committed, full send to the end. It happens every time……
Wow Andrew.. The suggestions on this were Awesome!
Thanks very much!
Got to be honest, after watching your video on D. Dornblüth & Sohn a few years back I reckon that's the watch that has to be the biggest bargain around. Sadly too expensive for me still. But it's good to have goals right?
Great video as usual!
The Bel Canto is definitely on my list, a chime watch for under 5k that is unheard of.
Those that can, do. Those that cannot, list
“It really does come after the penultimate…” Understated, Andrew. Simply understated…
Love MAMACOO watch,Such a great looking watch to match with the precisionist movement.
amzwatch has set a new standard for replica watches. Their craftsmanship is impeccable. Its hard to tell the difference from the originals
"But it DOES go round and doesn't unscrew itself along the way." LOL, Andrew!
You've brought more smiles to my face than a barrel full of clams.
"Brushing your tooth and throwing your poo out the window."
"Kids have always been assholes."
You're killing me, Mate!
Best watch descriptions ever. And The Red One is beautiful. Congratulations. If only I could afford one…it would be that one.
Why didn't I think of getting another crystal 🤦
@@AndrewMorganWatches Andrew, you actually gave me the idea when you described how you switched the caseback and the crystal on your watch so you could see the movement, and I realized that the caseback and crystal bezel used the same threading and were interchangeable. So, I found a matching bezel with crystal on eBay and voila.
Bel Canto / Twelve X, bought the X but wishing you every success with your collaboration with CW.
I just got into watch collecting. I've loved watches since I was young but I never had anyone teach me or bring deeper into the world. amzwatch brought closer to a community and hobby I always wanted to get into more and that is incredibly meaningful to me !
I paused the video at 1:36, ordered a pagani design watch PD-1734. Carry on.
Wow! So they sold one! Good for them!

Yes, I have bought from amzwatch more than once. I even bought a new Omega Speedmaster which came with the fancy box and packaging. I am thrilled with all my purchases here. I would purchase from amzwatch again for sure.
Haha, the photocopier light traveling across the watch at 3:45!😂😂😂
I love this kind of videos because I just learned something new - we all know our Rolex, Omega and Tudor versions if one follows the watch industry and we probably also own some of them but personally I am very interested in having something that almost no one knows - having a watch that others will enjoy and make them think 🤔 nice watch……don’t know it, but respect ✊
Andrew is deeply witty, erudite and urbane. Such a nice guy.
I can't handle it any longer, intelligent humor, and watch humor all in one package, I find myself stealing some of your phrases and comments and am now passing them off as my own humor, so sue me, keep it up and enjoy yourself, I know we all do.
Kudoke impressed me the most as something I would consider if I had money. Thx!
Awesome video, love this budget vids. And congrats with the CW colab.
Fire collaboration. You plus Christopher ward is crazy.
I'm genuinely impressed with how close AMZWATCH were able to replicate every aspect of this very very goofy looking classic watch.
Well, not everybody had got the chance to miss the Blue one (BelCanto Azzuro)...If I had, I would have rushed on your Red one (redder than a Brit in Marbella 😂). Well done Andrew!
Love the puns and watch selection, simply brilliant.
I belive I talk for most of us when I say I want to see you come with your own watch brand. That would be amazing!
Thank you so much!
Great idea on the BelCanto. Will this be a one off production run. Can't scrape the cash now, but maybe later....
My C1 Bel Canto (Viola) finally arrived today! Which does mean I won’t be ordering The Red One, sorry Andrew
Finish and bevels look really good. I was a little skeptical for the price. Nice petite box. Love the tool-less strap change. Bracelet looks OK, but quality is a bit underwhelming. It’s really light compared to my other bracelets.
Chime is quaint. Not offensive, not overly loud.
