yeah I have the Xsoft Zero and I can safely say it's the best control pad on the market aside from maybe the Xten control and the Hien. I really love both but for now my main is def the Zero!

I have both and theres really not too big of a difference imo. Biggest difference i felt was when i didnt have my arm sleeve on, my arm practically stuff to the soft bur it doesnt do that with the mid. Both are +10 aim regardless

xsoft/soft/mid all have different amounts of stopping power / speed / dynamic friction. The options exist in the first place for you to be able to pick based on your specific preference. If you like the Hein but don't want it to be super fast, get the xsoft version. If you want it as fast as possible, then get mid.

*** TOP ANSWER *** The soft/xsoft is for stopping power for fps/tac shooter games. When you apply a tiny bit of force on mouse pad it causes mouse movement to slowdown dramatically. I have tried artisan zero (soft), hyate otsu (xsoft) but I went back to using the hein SOFT I find it’s the perfect amount of density to pull of 1 taps and crosshair placement, you just have to train your hand to apply pressure on mouse as your moving crosshair onto opponent. With that said, this mousepad is amazing and you get what you pay for

@@Ghost-ts2mn Mouse pads are of course all personal preference. I just feel that something like an Otsu gives the most neutral platform. As someone who was used to really 'rough' control pads I didn't want to get a mousepad that was basically like a plate of ice in comparison. You can get way smoother/faster pads, but also pads that way rougher/control focused. Otsu for me hits that balance well to get myself into the more high-end/premium pads. Adding pressure on your mouse can add just that extra bit of control you might need as it sinks a bit deeper in the pad. In a perfect world you could just test and play anything you'd like for a while. Sadly most of us aren't in a position to do that. I prefer going for neutral/jack of all trades, get a feel for my preferences. After which you can dive deeper into the way that is most suited for you.

Anyways i really like slower pads with my low sens for valorant/csgo and was looking at getting a artisan fx zero xl in soft when them come in stock but I was curious if you would recommend using the artisan fx zero soft on top of my glorious desk mat or should I just take the desk mat off. my worry is that it will make a "squishy" surface for the zero and not be optimal. Also since the zero soft is out of stock is there any other slower pads you'd recommend for a low sens player like myself to try out in the mean time. Thanks and ive been loving your videos!

If you feel bad with the GPW , I don't know if u with feel better with anything else. The GPW IS THE PINNICLE of shape. But if u rlly want to buy a new mouse I guess the hati S or the Ultralight 2 is good because u have pretty small hands (no offence, I have small hands too).
I play hybrid claw and find the S2 and XM1 are perfect shapes for me. Although xm1 may require you to be a little more aggressive with more grip. Trust me, I have tried 12+ mice and those were the best in terms of shape. Lmk if this helps u
avoid the xsoft, it's like a memory foam pillow, i was playing some warzone with the gang and we were holding prison rooftop, the pad was very soft and as we were getting pushed i started feeling sleepy, my hand just sank in the comfy mousepad and my head followed, it was the best sleep of my life, but fuck this mousepad
I actually ended up selling it, i only got a large so it was a bit too small, also I was using a g pro wireless at the time and the tracks where the skates go into had plastic sticking out pretty far and i'm pretty sure that was catching on the pad, would make sure you have thick skates if your mouse is anything like that. Other than all that it's an excellent pad, premium quality certainly wouldn't wear down for a long time, I'd just recommend getting an XL and maybe just a soft instead of xsoft, xsoft is great though with good skates, didn't have a problem with it on other mice. Will definitely be looking into getting an XL zero soon, just been messing around with other pads.
@@julianmanifan123 if you arm aim and apply pressure to the pad. The soft pad will dig in more than the really hard pad and will be slower undoubtedly. Its subtle, but it is absolutely noticeable.

I might get a mid hien to have the whole collection. I have a mid raiden/shidenkai and I prefer having a bit of squish in the foam.

Update on pad pls! How well has it held up?
I actually ended up selling it, i only got a large so it was a bit too small, also I was using a g pro wireless at the time and the tracks where the skates go into had plastic sticking out pretty far and i'm pretty sure that was catching on the pad, would make sure you have thick skates if your mouse is anything like that. Other than all that it's an excellent pad, premium quality certainly wouldn't wear down for a long time, I'd just recommend getting an XL and maybe just a soft instead of xsoft, xsoft is great though with good skates, didn't have a problem with it on other mice. Will definitely be looking into getting an XL zero soon, just been messing around with other pads.

@@julianmanifan123 if you arm aim and apply pressure to the pad. The soft pad will dig in more than the really hard pad and will be slower undoubtedly. Its subtle, but it is absolutely noticeable.
