@@Heisennburgg @Blade I have had the Hien and Zero Soft, and for me this is better than both of them. I have one, after 2 to 3 months it wears away a lot. This makes the pad glide waaaayyyyy less. Other than that, it is a very, very good pad that is good for tracking.

Maybe I missed it in the video, but around what speed is this pad? The Hien? (In terms of the other artisans.) Also while im here, what do you think the best fk clone is? Other than that, good vid board
I just got the hayate otsu, MID hardness, and it feels very similar to the steelseries dex (ancient pad, i know), with the hayate otsu being slightly more slippery but with the exact same stopping power as the dex, maybe slightly less due to the increased initial speed. Both pads are still slower overall when compared to the hien however (with a smaller gap in speed between hien and hayate otsu), but the hien also has less stopping power than either of them. I still prefer using the dex though just because of its tanky durability and ease of washing.. still waiting for it to die so i can completely switch to a newer pad lmao
I used to love the Hayate Otsu but the glide would be gone within 6 months at best. After buying 2, I couldnt justify it any longer. I wonder what the longevity of this pad will be.
Boardzy, how much faster is the otsu than the hien? What about shidenkai vs raiden? I want something in between Artisan shidenkai xsoft and hayate otsu soft
I saw this new Hayate Otsu couple weeks ago when wanting to purchase a Artisan Mousepad. Lol I should have bought this one instead of Hien soft but okey next year I might buy this new Otsu version.
Boardzy, should I buy the logitech superlight or the np01, I can't choose between the two and I know you can't really judge an unreleased mouse but which one do you think I should buy?
Yikes, then that's a no... I have pads like QCK+ and MPC1200 and weirdly enough the latter instantly sticks to my arm (but not my mouse - almost frictionless always) if I get sweaty even the slightest, while the damn QCK doesn't have that issue unless I like use it directly after washing it without letting it dry. So arm-sticking is a no-no as I hate wearing sleeves.
I was thinking about getting an Artisan mousepad when they come back in stock. Is the Zero soft comfortable too? Or should I go with the hayate otsu soft.

Maybe what they mean by "less turbulance" is that it's not as rough to the touch and doesn't transfer as much feedback to the mouse during glide.
