@@slobodanilic3360 I really liked it. Especially all the inscriptions and images under it, those were very interesting to me. I couldn't read the Cyrillic letters since they weren't very clear to me but overall I had a great experience visiting it and thought it was beautiful. Also I looked up the history of Stefan Nemanja and was very impressed with what I read on Wikipedia :)
I really like it, when you guys show us some "Out of the way/Side tours". 👍 You don't have to do the "Main Attractions" to the enjoy city. "Smart travelers" 😃❤ Cheers and stay safe.
Hey guys. My background is Serbian, however, our family moved to Melbourne Australia when I was three years old . 46 yo now, but have been back and forth dozen times since. Even lived there in my late teens and played tennis in Serbia and around Europe. Just wanted to thank you for the open mind you en5 into Serbia and have really painted a very nice picture of the place. And I love how you guys will try the local food specialties. It makes me hungry and I miss the Burke with the sour milk ( Serbs call it yoghurt ), and chevapi are grouse👍👌🏼
Now we will have to go hunting for this since you didn't give the exact location! Looking forward to this challenge! Love Mama Shelter. We stayed there in December!
saw a Lot Videos about belgrade and most of them are nice...but i really love your videos. you both are so sweet and charming and funny. have fun and enjoy
Breakfast buffets in the Balkans are awesome. Great pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, along with typical breakfast foods found in the West. You can fill up and you won't be hungry for hours.
Just a tip. Serbian "J" is read like English "Y". When you read "Rajiceva" it should be pronounced "Rai-cheva". It is from the last name "Rajic" (Rai-ch), and it means "belonging to Rajic".
The factory is the old BIP brewery and its great and at the bottom of the road is a great market and a great pub the rustic gastro pub try the walnut rakiya food good also for British beer try The Petjon Pub
You should visit my hometown Smederevo not far from Belgrade and have a nice medieval fortress in the city centre. You can try craft beers from local brewery "Crow".
@@dabbleandtravel I wish walking would help me stay as fit as it works out for you :) . Also I'd like to add that I really have admiration for people who travel and are not too lazy to walk!
This seems to be a very charming city, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much!
The old railway station will become a history museum soon, and the new one is going to be bigger and more practical, people are people, they always resist change but they'll get used to it
Stefan Nemanja was founder of MODERN Serbian state in 11,beggining of 12 century, and the father of Saint Sava, the first head of the Serbian church, who would become a monk willingly and in which church you were ,the big white one, on place where Otomans burned his bones
At the graffiti area you went to, i noticed a building wall which has a written FOODPORN on it. Looks like an intriguing restaurant. What is it? Did you guys check it out?

The Serbian state is older than Stefan Nemanja. There were many Serbian kings before him.He was the ancestor of the Nemanjic dynasty, before him there were other dynasties, for example, the Svevladići.But there is a great conspiracy against Serbia and Serbian history that the Serbian government by order from abroad ,has been pursuing for more than 100 years, especially since World War II.
Stefan Nemanja is founder of Nemanjić dynasty, not Serbian state. There is nothing controversial with closing railway station. They didn't have to build "new" one because it was built in 70s and they are moving it just now. That's how it works in this shithole city. Run away.
You guys are doing amazing job presenting Serbia to the world. Enjoy your time here! ♥️
Thank you so much!
Every time I watch videos about my country, I go downstairs to get something to eat lol damn Cevapi, loved the video, appreciate it!
