I have NEVER seen an Allied Security employee be knowledgeable or do their job properly.
They just throw anyone with a clean record and a pulse in a bulls#!+ uniform, no training, and OFF THEY GO! Then they grab tac vests and other police accessories to get extra tacticool and their ego and heads swell to unimaginable proportions.

I work in hospital security where we are actual employees of the hospital. These contract security companies have almost no training and as a matter of fact we contracted allied universal to run out screening areas and ended up firing them for incompetence. They are the worst of the worst.
I agree the Large Security Companies are rather bad as a rule. I've worked for both Contract Security and In House Hospital Security.
I worked for Securitas as a Hospital Security augmentee and was hired onto in house Hospital Security from that. Securitas offered no training. The only reason I knew what to do was from my previous Security and Law Enforcement experience.
The Hospital gave us OJT training for two weeks plus STARS training (consisted of one hold to be used for assisting patients and could also be used for apprehending a violent person without hurting them), Taser, Camera and Handcuffing training.
I've also worked Hospital Security through Allied and they gave us a lot of Allied computer training, Taser, Handcuffing and empty hand self defense and patient assistance hold training in order to help assist in moving patients without hurting them.
It seems Securitas, Allied and Garda World are hiring from a real limited hiring pool. They reject a lot of people for not having a driver's license, not having a High School Diploma or GED, current drug use and criminal record. They will interview 50 people for every person actually hired and many of the people hired will not stay for long.
Do not and I repeat DO NOT be associating all areas of Allied Universal to other Allied Universal employees in other states because not all of us are incompetent so don't be putting everyone in the same box because not all hospital security are competent or fit to be in their position or even working in security period... Just the same as those who get employed with Allied Universal... But sorry you experienced that and unfortunately it happens with all jobs with people who shouldn't have been hired or placed by themselves period.

Security guard carrying a hand gun and wearing a vest with no plates in his vest. Were here to get in a gun fight protecting the facility, the vest would not protect him!

The manager and the security stood up for the veterans who actually needed to use the services and who don’t want to be bothered by parasites like LIA. Just like the cops said: no assault. The Police Officer's Demeanour was obvious from the start that they had already taken sides no matter what, and they proved it.
How this security agency is still in business is beyond belief.
I imagine after this particular incident he might not have a job with Allied universal. That is a liability that Allied universal probably doesn't want this security guard will probably either be fired or maybe demoted to someplace else that doesn't have a lot of public facing people it'll be in a warehouse by himself a lot.

I like paying taxes. While the government may be wasteful and spend money on many things I personally would disagree with, overall it greatly helps not only myself but everyone in society; from the military that protects us, to the infrastructure that allows businesses to thrive and creates greater prosperity for everyone.
Not only that but also simple things like free school meals for children that helps give them opportunity to prosper and become productive members of the community, which in turn benefits me by adding both wealth to the economy and creating a better place to live with less crime, homelessness and strife.

I don't think this particular security guard needs to be fired per se. I would hold his boss and highest level person in that building more responsible to educate the guards that they employ and separate their feelings and what-if narratives.

I live in Mississippi & my niece and I went to a fast food chain Rally’s in the town we live close to, we went through the drive through ordered, paid & was rudely told to pull around as we had to wait on fry’s. After 20 min the waitress came to our car without our drinks when we told her we had ordered a combo she rudely requested our receipt after another 10 min she returned with small drinks when we had actually supersized our order & paid for the supersize. We eventually pulled back up to front to wait for drinks I was passenger & had gotten out to retrieve paper towels from back seat because none was in our bag when the waitress came out she threw the drinks into my jeep then preceded to assault me busting my nose, after other employees pulled her off me my door shut they let her go she then lunged, jerked my car door open & preceded to continue to assault me my niece placed car in reverse & just hit the gas, she let go I called cops they came & refused to arrest her using almost same lingo as you were told, I had to go to police dept press charged & see this through judicially myself! Our government sucks ass!
The sergeant should have a complaint filed, so that she can learn her lesson!

exactly. That officer 100 percent had a call from a superior not to arrest anyone, probably because they know Sean is an auditor. The hate for auditors among the majority of police is apparent. And what's funny is the officer was just following orders at the time but when another order for the arrest warrant is issued they will be following orders once again to arrest the man! Police are in a tough position to de-escalate and that is pretty much all they can do.
She conducted an investigation, it’s not even completely clear of an actual assault took place, Sean threatened and attempted to use force to get into the building by refusing to let the door close on him, and in the video you can’t even see if the guard pushed him or not at most attempted to remove Sean’s grip of the door which isn’t assault,
Yes the sergeant should have a complaint filed, she should have arrested that security guard, she should not have said the building might be private, obviously it is public. Cops stand up for security guards.

The guy with the beard, was brilliant! The security guard, needs to be imprisoned. The supervisor, is a tyrant. And shame on the police for not taking immediate action. She saw the video. She heard from an independent witness. And still, acted like there was zero evidence. But yeah, Peter was great.

The fact that a random citizen is this well versed in the rights of the public means that what Sean and other auditors are doing is working. Sean in making a difference and it is showing. One of the few times I’ve actually seen a citizen stand up for Sean and actually knew the rights we have under the constitution. Awesome!
This is another remarkable video. That citizen who was defending and explaining your actions was effective: calm, respectful, knowledgeable, and articulate. That's a rare thing to see in RUclips audit videos. Had you been rude, ignorant, and confrontational, I'd bet that he would not have involved himself in this circumstance.
I was also VERY impressed with the calm and effective communication of the citizen who was there. That was a first in an audit video. So nice to see a true patriot who truly understands and cares about our constitutional freedoms.
I think you got it wrong Captain Ron. This individual was so integrally sound he would have stepped in and let Sean know that he shouldn't be acting in that way... I believe it in my heart he would have because the man is honorable and respectful and just!
