His name is Juan. Looks like Juan will get an education.
Hey Juan,
I fought for Sean's rights to do exactly what he is doing and in my opinion he is currently the best auditor in America today.
You, Juan, owe Sean an apology but only if you honor the oath that you and I both took. If you don't apologize, you sir, have no honor.
Thank you Sean for doing what you do and more importantly how you do it.
Keep up the great work.
Best Regards,

*Juan* is the unhinged employee.
Nobody in the private sector will hire someone who is psychotic.

Great job Sean! ❤️
Stop responding to every question after stating your purpose please stop talking. They are trying to escalate and blame you for it.
These "VETS" who hate the freedom they "fought for" DISGUST me. He "served" his country for selfish reasons.
Most veterans didn't fight for rights, they fought for a tax funded paycheck. Stop thanking random veterans. There's a good chance that random is a lunatic like this guy
Most do...they either want free college, have a deep desire to be controlled, or just want citizens praising them on a daily basis. Nothing to do with protecting the citizens. Patriotism is the guise.
God I want to know his branch and job, the character of his service. I want to know just how hard he really "fought". This guy's got pencil pushing don't ask don't tell written all over him.

Manager Tom: needs a raise
Police Officer Williams: needs a handshake
Overweight guards: need training and light meals
Gray shirt employee: needs mental health treatment
Because of this unstable guy, they removed the reviews from Google Maps.......
Gray shirt also needs to just shave his head and rock a baldy. That hairline is just as insane.
Facts
Extremely well said.
Yo this is the perfect comment
Here here. My sentiments exactly
It was funny how the police officer walked away from the situation. He knew there were no laws being broken. Finally, an officer that understands the Constitution.
Right, "Not worth my time, not opening myself up to liability, I could be solving real crimes.pfft, whatever, time for donuts :P"
But I feel that officer should’ve educated those security guards whole lot more. Not wanting to get involved in it was actually a chickenshit move.
@@becky3484 I agree. It’s not enough to walk away. Teach them why what they did was wrong and then hold them accountable.
Ever since I have started watching auditor videos very recently I have been becoming increasingly worried and wondered how police in the town I was born and grew up near would conduct themselves. I'm very relieved and surprised and grateful an officer from Fort Smith conducted himself in such a respectful and professional manner unlike the tyrants I have seen in other places in other videos
I'm not sure that the officer had the authority to educate the security guards and he did speak with their supervisor who said he was going to talk to them. The supervisor may have told the officer that he was going to handle it himself. Of course that's just speculation but I don't know if he could have done anything better than walking out and shaking the auditors hand and not acknowledging the dumb security guards that he didn't have authority over until they commit a crime. Seems like their supervisor was gonna deal with them
Hahaha that cop was awesome. His entire attitude was “this is stupid and I’m gonna spend as little time here as possible.”
"I fought for my rights and yours"... while he tries to violate your rights. What a tool!
i as thinking the same!!!
@Car M I was in the Army as well, retired with 24 years. Dude was a complete idiot. We need to embrace acts that our Constitution defines lawful. I personally have no issues with what Sean-Paul is doing, I think it's important that people learn the Constitution and understand the laws it defines. I hope SP keeps doing this for years to come.
I never really understood that. I have nothing but reverence for the plight of our soldiers, but what part of the last 60 years of warfare was done in protection of our rights? Not trying to nitpick, but I don't see the correlation.
Past tense fighting for rights definitely doesn't trump currently fighting for rights. 🤷♂️
@Car M combat nurse maybe?
What's worse about this story is the employee who wouldn't tell his name said he fought for the country, yet doesn't uphold the constitution he fought for ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
As a vet myself it disgusts me
Me too. I enlisted to protect people's constitutional rights whether or not I agree with how they exercise them.
Seems like the employee has agression issues.
Yep. Well fortunately Sean's humor and wit gave him more trouble than the turd turbine that the guy spun out of.
@Mark Brown How did you protect them? Sorry I just don't like government propaganda that manipulates young men to go die for war profiteers
Thank you for your service..Much LOVE, HONORand RESPECT..☯️LOVE & LIGHT from Pittsburgh PA.Blessed be
"You wanna take words as a threat?" That's exactly how threats work.
I’m tired of hearing “ this is a place of business “ when in a public building! They need to be corrected as it is a place of service.
Well I partially agree yet the goverment has literally inflated prices to extortion levels for services that barely cost ten dollars.
Sean, please file a public records request for that unhinged public employee and file a complaint on him. You are right, he is potentially dangerous and needs to be put in check.
He’s a prime example of a person that thinks he’s above other people cause of a little bs judge at a public office, idk what it is about public employees but so many of them are exactly like that guy.
His name is Juan. The shorter security said it several times when he was trying to calm him down.
He definitely kicks his dog everyday...always the wimpy dudes
Indeed, the pos public employee not only escalated but threatened violence against a tax paying citizen that pays his fking salary for NO reason. The welfare recipient needs to be fired because he's a loose cannon.
This guy needs to be put under supervision, h will lose it and do an office shooting. He was losing his sh*t over nothing, ready to fight, he is unhinged.
Tom seems like a straight-up guy. Need more leaders like that.
He seems frustrated with the Klowns that he has to work with. It’s probably something every day and he goes home every night telling himself that he is not supposed to be a babysitter.
Agreed!!
Props to Tom, a true gentleman
That mf was so chill 🤣🤣
Tim is old school. You know, when people had disagreements and sat down and have a talk? Yeah, we used to do that. The public servant no supervisor dude ist the new type, overinflated ego and stuff. Guess he will be supervisor soon, since Tom is white and has to go for the diversity hire.
This is why he’s the best at audits. If you’re gonna scold the bad you must praise the good. That’s a true audit
' I fought for your rites and now I am going to violate them '.
A non-supervisor comes out voluntarily to boss you around, demand answers, and ultimately threatens to attack you. I think he saw himself as an office hero, unafraid of confronting the enemy face-to-face. In this case, the enemy was just We The People.
He’s no hero. He’s got the demeanour of the first one to bail in an emergency situation. All talk and nothing to show for it, except a tail tuck when he was put in place.
He made himself look like a complete clown. Could you imagine working with that guy? His mentality is “Do what I say or I will hurt you.” Very embarrassing. He should be fired immediately and fined. It seems anyone can be hired as “security” now at government buildings with zero training and zero knowledge of anything besides their feelings. How does that job interview go?
-Hi I’m interviewing for security job.
Ok do you know the laws or constitution? Or anything about any freedom acts?
-No
GREAT CAN YOU START TODAY? RIGHT NOW?
-Uhhh yea do I get training?

Well articulated!
Kudos to Tom for being a reasonable manager. Well done sir!
I could not agree more. If no laws are being broken then adios. It should always be as simple as that.
The responding officer gets an A+. Somebody promote him to sergeant. I suspect that he has been educated on First Amendment audits and has been trained on how to respond appropriately. Glad to see that his department was proactive on this subject with their officers. This is the kind of change I want to see, not the tyrannical behavior of the past. Great audit Sean.
Amazing that he was so laid back and calm and willing to listen. So many cops come in hot and looking to exert authority without even knowing what's going on.
Promote him to Sergeant for just doing his job correct, give me a break that's his job
That cop is needed as a training officer.
Yes the officer needs to be promoted for several reasons. Though it is his job how many times we have seen Sgts not do there job. He knew the law, he performed professionally with honor. We need 20,000 more exactly like him to replace the morons running the show elsewhere.

We need more people like Tom. He is a great stand out person. Sometimes older people seem grumpy but not Tom. He was willing to listen to you with impartial mind and didn’t judge you prematurely. Good job again sir.
^ 😆 🤣 😂 I can't..
You’re spot on Windows. Tom is a fine example of how someone who serves the public, was very courteous and professional, shedding a positive light on his area of responsibility. The employee who can’t grow a beard who has a disgusting demeanor definitely needs training along with those sorry excuses for Security Guards. Why do Security Guards ALWAYS act so hostile when all their job requires is for them to Observe & Report. I understand that they have their little man syndromes” with them being unable to be hired as Police Officers. So they abuse their authority wanting to try to be a Police Officer.
GET OFF MY LAWN! 👴😡
Only government would complain about "concerns" for private information, yet not provide privacy.
Shouldn't the computer screens be facing the wall or some other barrier be put into place? Obvious security violations no one seems too concerned about. Anyone could walk up behind another and steal the information. If that was one's intent I doubt they would be blatantly videoing.
It’s the responsibility of the public employees to create the privacy, no the public that have a right to be there . People are ignorant & I will say that to my grave !
Yup
Well electronic payslips, in open plan officers are a bit irritating too.

Mr Grey wanted the guards to jump Sean, then he could step in and start kicking Sean in the ribs claiming he was only trying to help the guards restrain him.....till the po po get there.....Mr Grey should never be in any position where he comes into direct contact with the public.

Shout out to Tom and the police officer 👍
The moronic security and the weirdo ‘public servant’ need sacking asap
Yeah funny how the main motor mouth disappeared suddenly.
Love Tom and Officer Williams 😊 two gems
These people are insane.
Nah, just under informed.
The frauditor is..hes a pot stirrer
That walk of shame by those two security tyrants was priceless. Hopefully they learned from this experience.
Sad thing is they won’t learn anything from this and ego will just undo everything
Great Audit 👍
A walk of honor and then two walk of shames! Love it! Good job, officer!
That guy is unhinged, and those security guards 🙄 ridiculous. I do love how they had to eat their words!
The one guard did know when to step in front and puts end to escalation by the employee.
@tmayorca8770 the guy in the Grey was sticking up for his employees
"Everyone is a threat. Everyone is suspicious. Everyone is a danger." Human stupidity is a very dangerous thing. Good work, Sean.
Exactly, generally you need a reason to be a threat to someone. People don't randomly go out of their way to attack someone they don't know.
You can thank Mass Media for that.. Making the herd of sheep larger and larger by the day.
This is how humans have survived for millenia. If we didn't think this way we wouldn't be here.
@@Anne-pv9cb Then democracy and the enlightenment happened. After that, neoliberalism and inverted socialism. We'll make great pets, as the song goes.
Freedom is scary. Deal with it.
That’s a great quote. “You have the day you deserve”
People always ask questions and then interrupt. Always. It cracks me up. They “have so much to say” that listening is just too much. Ha ha!
Classic Sean. I never miss a video. Tom is a great manager. He actually would stop and listen when you were talking. Very patient. Good man. Also, the police officer was great! Jaun, I think the security guard called him, was a genuine tough guy. He said “they know what I’m capable of”. 😂 What a joke. The only thing he was capable of was losing his cozy state job with nice benefits. 🤣
Grey shirt had a bad case of "little man"
@Anthony Distefano Thank you Anthony for pointing out that Jaun actually said You know what he is capable of. I felt that was almost threatening. Or he is simply a big talker. I am glad I don't work with him.
Sean, your demeanor is everything. The reason you are so successful at exercising our rights is your respect and the way you stay calm and de-escalate.
Thank you for everything you do. You're a real stand-up guy.
You make a great point...he stays so Calm and Collective...and a fast come back...
I like how he's calm yet he doesn't let bullies push him around either. When people start threatening him with violence he always says something like "do what you feel, I'll be right here".
Freedom of speech, freedom to film. Without employees permission or approval.
Well done
Those are some of the hardest L's I've ever seen security guards take.
