Seriously, ppl should not advise, if they didn’t experienced it themselves. Pears may cause constipation.

What do you do if nothing you try works?
Do what I did, go and see a Gastroenterologist. Mine recommended a colonoscopy which I did, thank god all clear. We are now in the process of working through on other factors that’s causing constipation.
