We might seem like real Paso pimps lately, but for good reason! There are exciting things going on there these days (especially the west side), and Daou vineyards is a great example. Owner/Winemaker Daniel Daou is up to the plate this week and his Cabernet-based wines are proving to be a real grand slam of greatness.

I love the wines , theses Brothers Put out
From the cab to pessimist red blend - is so good I buy it buy the case.
And when it was 19$ A bottle for pessimist - it’s a classic ... it’s really a odd / luck of the draw
Pessimist is often more expensive then the cab ?!
I like them both - pessimist seams to have a bit more going on - perhaps ...
Love to try the high end cabs , one day soon - and a visit to daou winery !!!!!’

Their entry level wines once served me a purpose. I definitely grew out it, but I'd like to try their higher end stuff.
