also love the cuts of the video in this. During the intro you'll notice that when the phrase is repeating you'll see Mono shaking his head telling the rest to keep the groove going. The video cuts show this each time he does it too! glad we got an extra long intro too cuz they just go wider and wider on it until he starts that verse

Mono has some unreal long fingers. Damn. He can physically play stuff others only dream about. Larnell is other-worldly as well. Criminal, felonious funk. What I, as an old guy, refer to generically as swing or groove.

He´s not that easy to spot. But If you watch veeeery closely you may notice his name written on his bass (but only 5 times) oh - and also on his cap. That might help.

This is and will be the sickest groove of the year or maybe decade! This version here, that guitar solo was absolutely, positively in pocket! If you don't know what pockets are, first of all you can't buy pockets... it's a natural place of being. Second, you have to self-discern where it is... That's the tough part. You can practice, and practice and more practice and still don't have a clue...
